  Convenient scheduling; I had scheduled an inspection so I would understand the extent of the work that needed to be done to correct my slow drain and drain backup issues. When Jordan arrived on site he identified himself and we reviewed my initial complaint. All the questions I had initially and ones that arose throughout the inspection were answered. Based on the inspection I am confident that Sewer Ninjas will do the work I need and correct the problem I am having (not just make a temporary patch). The fact that this company would work with me to coordinate work outside their expertise was a great bonus. I am anticipating another 5 star review when they come back to do the work we agreed upon. Hey Jordan bring a 12" adjustable spanner wrench with you next time [LOL]

  The crew arrived on time and thoroughly inspected our system while also helping a neighbor with an issue on the same call at no charge. They came prepared to protect our space from the tiny amount of water that dripped out of the pipe and they keep their inspection camera system perfectly clean. We received helpful advice on how to keep our sewer lateral clear and prevent slow drains, meaning we might never need their top-notch services again!

  We are very thankful to have discovered Sewer Ninja! Our sewer lines under the concrete basement floor are 66 years old. These cast iron pipes are rusting, narrowing due to sludge collecting on the walls of the pipes & occasional sewer back-ups. Our finished basement includes a pipe organ with over 600 pipes and many wires connecting them to switches and a 3-manual console. The thought of cutting wires and removing the organ is devastating. But, with Sewer Ninja’s plan we won’t have to dig up the concrete floor. They will insert a sleeve which renews the life and strengthens the cast iron. The process started with arranging support from Eric at Sewer Ninja. He was very understanding and helpful. Since we literally just had a company come to clear our sewer back-up, do a quick camera scope and suggest we replace our pipes, Eric did not charge their initial fee for a comprehensive camera inspection. J.P. was the Sewer Ninja plumber who explored and explained the entire process in our basement. He did an excellent job of showing and explaining the situation. He answered our questions and narrated a camera video of our underground sewer pipes. We were able to see the problem first-hand. The process will take 2 days – one to remove pipe debris and a second to sleeve the cast iron. At the end of each day our sewer lines will be useable. This means our concrete floor will stay intact along with the organ, carpet, and furniture!! The estimated cost is only $800 above the cost to tear up our concrete and replace the pipes.   WOW! What a fantastic job Sewer Ninjas did for me. Saved me thousands with no digging or mess. My old cast iron pipe was really bad and was told by plumbers that it needed to be dug out and replaced. That’s expensive and a mess! Sewer Ninjas came out and repaired the pipe from within with no mess. I’m so grateful and happy with the outcome! Thank you Erik, JP and the crew for your outstanding service! 10 STAR!

  JP, Jeff and Erik were the ones involved in my sewer relining project. The before and after video showed an amazing difference of flow. All involved takes the specific part of their involvement very seriously and answered all my questions to the point that I could explain the process to anyone . I would highly recommend Sewer Ninja to anyone that need sanitary pipe repair to at least have them do a video inspection and explain the options available. My relining project took only 4 hours from set up to finish
