  We had our sewer inspected because our house is quite old and we want to avoid a catastrophic collapse of the line under the basement going to the city main. Aaron showed me the video and was honest that it all looked good and didn't think it was necessary for us to pay for a sewer lining. The cost for the inspection itself was minimal, and worth it for our peace of mind.

  I would highly recommend Sewer Ninjas. They were so helpful and didn’t try to push a lot of unnecessary services. Also, they are privately owned and NOT owned by Private Equity so you can be assured to get treated with respect and care.

  Sewer Ninjas were fantastic to work with. They were prompt, friendly and clean. They saved us a lot of disruption. Their process avoided us having to rip up our deck/patio and lawn. It was all done with brief on-site inspection and a 2 half day process. Highly recommend!!

  My house is nearly 100 years old. Sewer service line plugged up 3 times in the last 3 years. Sewer Ninjas were recommended. Great job, great price with minor complaints. 1st visit video of the sewer line in and out in less than an hour. 2 visit cleaed roots from Sewer line in and out less than 2 hours. 3rd visit repaired Sewer line in and out in less than 4 hours. The system inserts an epoxy liner into the old Sewer line, they DO NOT dig up the yard. All this was/is great... But. Their scheduling needs tweaking. Original repair scheduled 4/21, then called and rescheduled for 4/19. No show on the 19th, called and was told it was scheduled for the 26th but I wasn't notified. Billing needs tweaking. Original contract voided after new modifications but couldn't open new contract due to error. New one to be sent but never received. Final billing different (less) than price paid. Great job performance but office portion needs improvement. Definitely would recommend them if you need Sewer repairs. Saved me as much as $14,000 according to the discussion I had with our City Engineer!
