I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Jordan Lemanski, and the team at Sewer Ninjas. We asked them to scope the pipes of a 100 yr old house we just bought in Oconomowoc. They found the challenges you would expect, and they used their state-of-the-art trenchless sewer relining technology to fix the issue from the inside out. They used HD cameras to show me exactly what the problem was before they started. They even ran into a challenging angle where our pipe connects to the cities sewer, they proactively coordinated with the city to dig it up and fix it the right way, all for no more cost to us. Professional, knowledgeable, awesome communicators.

I had a small back up of some sludge in my basement drain. I contacted Sewer Ninjas and they scheduled an inspection of my pipes quickly. Jeff showed up and was exremely professional. He scoped my sewer lateral with a snake camera and found everything looked good. It was well worth the time and effort to get that peace of mind. They even sent me copies of the videos so I could see for myself. If you have any questions about you sewer performance or simply would like to get out ahead of a probelm, I would highly recommend Sewer Ninjas!

After discussing the backup and previous plumbing service issues that I had at my property with Eric, he advised sending out a tech to provide a free assessment of the situation. The tech (JP) spent considerable time running a camera down the various drain pipes and helped identify specific issues that needed to be addressed. He provided a very clear and detailed explanation regarding the issues being picked up by the camera and the various options available to us.

We had a very good experience. We had a break in our sewer line that was repaired before a new sewer pipe liner was installed. While everyone from the video person to the hole digger and pipe repair, to the prep team and finally to the final installation team were very good, we were most impressed with the initial diagnosis of the problem (video) and the final installation team. All workers were courteous, explained what they were doing, and got it all done in time. Would highly recommend Ninja Sewers to others.
