  Excellent outstanding. Gian is a man of his word and came thru until the end. I’m in love with my home exterior after a fantastic paint job. I had very rough cedar planks and it did take 3 coats but the job was done and it is beautiful! Would not hesitate to recommend Gian and Lakeshore Painting. I am looking forward to doing interior work with them in the future.

  Gian was very easy to work with. His team was friendly and efficient. Throughout our job he provided near daily updates along with pictures of progress. I had searched through several other vendors and was very happy that I utilized his company. He constantly communicated to us and was clear with the decisions being made and why. Would recommend using Lakeshore and plan to use them going forward on my painting projects.

  Had a fantastic experience with Lakeshore Painting. Gian was great to work with. He was one of the few contractors who actually listened to us and quoted us the highest Sherwin Williams paint that they offer for our exterior painting project. Even offering the highest quality paint his bid came in at or below his competitors who quoted lower quality paints! Lakeshore painted our wood siding, soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on our house and also painted our shed. His painters did a great job, both Casey and Aaron worked very efficiently. At first we thought it would take forever to get our house done since Gian only sent 2 painters, but he explained that they were very good at what they did and since we only have a 1 story house it wouldn't take that long. And he was right. We have gotten a bunch of compliments on our "new" house. I've attached a before picture and 2 after pictures. Will definitely call Lakeshore painting again!

  I had a great experience with Gian and Lakeshore Painting. I needed my project done ASAP and they sure did deliver! Gian was very diligent in making sure we were on the same page and I felt that I could trust his judgement. The crew even worked over the weekend to get the project finished. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a smooth and stress-free painting process.

  I highly recommend Gian for any project you need done! He is extremely honest, reliable, and hard worker. You can tell he takes pride and is passionate with all the work. It is not easy to find someone who you can truly trust, but Gian is definitely one of those people. Great quality work and even better person! I will not hesitate to refer him to all my family and friends!
