  I want to start by saying the quality of work done by Immortal Exteriors is solid. They use good materials and the workmanship is above average. Their prices are reasonable as well, given the circumstances of the damages. However, this review is based on this project’s timeline and communication. In order to get any updates, I had to initiate conversations. There would be weeks at a time with no updates. This is frustrating as someone dealing with storm damage who has no experience in repairs like this. As a business owner, it should be paramount that your customers get regular updates and understand what is coming. Secondly, timeliness. It is my fault as the customer for not getting a clear expectation on a timeline for completion at the start of the project. The contract was initially signed at the start of the fall and it was not communicated to me that this would exceed a couple of months, and in fact take until late January to complete. The bigger issue though is that when the project stalled due to weather or materials issues, at no point did Immortal take responsibility for it when pointed out. It was always something out of their control. At project completion, when I asked if they were going to help out with any of the issues or try to make things right, I was met with the same responses. I paid my full invoice as agreed, but I was really disappointed in the lack of awareness by this small business owner. Your company thrives off of reviews and word of mouth communication and not making things right and taking responsibility for your customers will hurt you in the long run. I am appreciative of the quality of work, but I will not be utilizing Immortal Exteriors for any of my future projects.

  We used Mark and his business (Immortal Exteriors LLC) for a roof replacement on a property of ours recently. Mark and his crew did an awesome job from the initial estimate to the end of completion. Everything about the job was well done and went as planned. They deserve a 5 star review and we are excited to have found them by a referral to us. We plan to use their services in the future on other properties and will not hesitate to recommend them to others!

  I highly recommend Immortal Exteriors. Mark ensured that every aspect of the project was completed to the highest standard. Mark was extremely responsive via phone and email and was always friendly and professional. I never felt rushed when we met or to sign a contract. He made sure all my questions were answered. Part of my project involved an insurance claim, and Mark was proactive in attending every meeting with the insurance adjuster. He was also very knowledgeable of the insurance process which was extremely helpful. Even given the mix of insurance requirements in this project, he managed a tight and complex timeline with great efficiency. The teams responsible for the roof, siding, and gutters were all professional and friendly. He was present throughout the project and installation. After each phase, he took the time to tidy up the work area, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, Mark's pricing was competitive, if not better, than other quotes I received. The roofing products he uses are of much higher quality, providing fantastic value for the price.

  Absolutely excellent experience for a new roof with Immortal Exteriors. Mark showed strong attention to detail and passion for making sure we were we were happy as customers. He was a pleasure to work with and I would certainly recommend him to others. He was quick to respond to all questions and made sure the whole process was going smoothly at all times. His team was prompt, professional and left the property clean. The new roof and gutters are working out great thus far and look excellent, we couldn't be happier.

  Above and beyond excellent service. We had a storm chaser come out before Mark is my second quote, and not only did he thoroughly explain every detail, walked me through and showed me but he had honestly told me no hail damage and my roof still had a good ten years left, just needed some small repairs. Mark is extremely honest and knowledgable. Also explained and showed me pictures of minimal wear and tear that needed to be treated. Took his time not rushed and even took some cement calk and sealed up some holes. He didn’t pressure me or force a contract, like the last guy did when I was home getting quotes without my husband. Mark is trustworthy and honest great service.
