  Exceptional, professional, and thorough! I could not be happier with the land surveying services provided by Peter Nelson from Nelson Surveying. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. My project was a bit complicated, involving both complex easements and a land division, but Peter handled everything with absolute ease. He took the time to meticulously locate and mark every single boundary line with clear, highly visible stakes. It was evident right away that he possesses a deep knowledge of local regulations and land topography. What really set Nelson Surveying apart was the outstanding communication. Peter patiently answered all of my questions regarding the tricky easements, walked the property lines with me to explain his findings, and delivered the official division survey map much faster than expected.   I called to get an estimate on the price for surveying my property, a week later and a few phone calls later an estimate was finally "drafted" but not sent out. Way over priced from the other survey guys and took too long for a simple estimate

  Had them survey one mile of heavy timber land and the two young men did it great in the canyons south of Lake Superior 2017.
