  Jared was excellent! Arrived fast and fixed the issue in a few minutes with a smile and even explained how to avoid it in the future. He even recommended a few other things before leaving! Very pleased. Thank you so much!

  The Rausch team was great. Tim came out to give me a free quote to do a job and provided detailed information on what it would take to do the job that i was looking to get done. He told me it would be a 1 to 2 day job. Day 1 Tim and Jaden came out and moved our water softener system to a new location in our crawl space and did an excellent job doing exactly what i was wanting. Day 2 Tim and Philip came out. They removed and replaced some old cast iron piping coming from our toilet drain that had a crack in it ensuring that i wouldn't have a leak that would end up in a gross mess should it have started leaking. If you have some plumbing issues, give Rausch a call and they can get it fixed quick and for a good price. 5 stars.

  Ben came out today to fix our water main valve to ball valves. I asked him to look at something that ended up being a cracked pipe. He replaced that too while here. He was curious, prompt, and easy to work with. We will keep coming back here for all our plumbing needs! Thank you again!

  Rausch plumbing STINKS!!! I do not like to give poor reviews, but their Shoddy Workmanship and Shady Behavior,( bordering on Insurance fraud) along with padded bills, are forcing me. My basement drain had to be routed after they came. Rausch gutted my bathroom and supposedly replaced my stack. I just called a different plumber AGAIN today to come out and look at what they’ve done. Black sludge is coming out, the shower is clogged. Over $8000, What a nightmare, Find someone else! There are better plumbers in the area!

  Our sump failed so we emergency called Tim. He was here with a new pump within an hour. Amazing. While in the middle of the flood remediation we decided to have old DIY water lines removed and new line put in. I talked with Tim about it and asked to have it done when possible. To my happy surprise a crew was available only days later. Danny and Phil showed up, knocked out the lines and put in new ones in the blink of an eye. Everything was done professionally, timely, with enthusiasm, and for the right price. All three have been the kind of guys you wouldn't mind sitting and having a beer with and trusting your plumbing needs to. I know who I'm calling again if the need were to arise.
