We had our old drafty patio door replaced. The process from start to finish was friendly and easy going. Install was quicker than we expected and was left very clean.

Recently we had Tiltin install a new sliding glass & screen porch door and large 3 panel bedroom window assembly in our 150 year old home. They arrived on time and performed the removal and installation flawlessly! Kyler, Cody & Felipe were cheerful, conversational and professional and showed exceptional attention to detail when insulating around the frames and installing the trim & casings. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for door and window upgrades and sincerely appreciate them working to keep costs within our budget while not compromising product quality. SJWallace

They came to our home to provide us with an estimate on a patio door and front window. Very professional and didn’t use any type of pressure tactics to force us into a decision on the spot. The quality of their product seems to be top-notch. I’d definitely say to give them a shot with providing you a quote should you need to update your windows or doors.

I recently purchased new entry doors and storm doors from Tiltin. They were installed a couple weeks ago, and the finished product looks and functions even better than I expected. My entire experience with Tiltin has been nothing short of professional, efficient, and courteous. Darren kept me up-to-date on the status of my door production throughout the process. The installation crew arrived on time for my appointment, and made quick work of the project. They had the entire job wrapped up in around six hours or so, including cleanup and haul away. These guys don’t cut corners to make such great time. Rather, they are just very experienced in their field, and are well equipped to mitigate any issues which may arise during your particular job. In short, I am very pleased with my decision to have chosen these folks for my project, albeit much later than I should have. Tiltin honestly wasn’t my first choice. You see, I thought I would be slick and save some money by going with one of the local big box retailers. My top notch experience with Tiltin juxtaposes the disaster of a journey I traveled with one of the local big box home improvement stores. That headache of an experience did not have many “highs”, quite the contrary! The saga there was nothing but a comedy of errors from the very beginning. As background, after waiting over six months with my doors still not completed, I was told that my project had been placed on hold for a prior issue. The hold had never been rescinded. Several months had been wasted as a result. After lifting the hold, another few months passed before I finally received my doors. When my doors arrived, it was obvious that they had been dropped at some point during shipment, were unsightly, and were now essentially unusable damaged merchandise. A new set of entry doors was once again ordered. The second set of doors finally showed up a few months later still. On install day, the crew found that the second set of doors was built to an incorrect size, and as a result didn’t fit my home. I just couldn’t help but laugh at the total incompetence I had been witnessing throughout the entire door buying process with this big box store. I ended up canceling my entire order. Eventually my refund was processed, and I was still without new doors, almost nine after I began the process. What a joke. I then found myself beginning the entire door buying process anew almost a year after I had initially begun. It was obvious I had erred in initially choosing a vendor based solely upon price. The old adage, “You get what you pay for” is so true. I began looking more closely at Tiltin. They had great reviews, and had been around for quite a while. I took a leap, and I was not disappointed! Do not make the same mistake I did by choosing one of the big box stores for your door purchase and installation needs. Instead, choose the professionals at Tiltin right from the start. You will be highly pleased with both the quality of their products as well as the professionalism you will receive from the entire Tiltin crew.
