  Edit: after receiving a phone call from Emily with a sincere apology, she was able to fit us in same day after hours for an estimate. Wyatt was the one who came out and he was wonderful. Easy to work with, understood our position as first time homebuyers, and gave us options for our needs. Honesty goes a long way. Thanks Wyatt for coming out and making things right. I scheduled an estimate/inspection for 10/3 at 9 am and no one ever showed up. No phone call notice either. Very disappointed as I need this work done before winter hits. Will be looking elsewhere for what I need.

  We had our soffits and fascia replaced, a new roof put on, and gutters with protection installed. The work quality was good across the 3 teams, however the communication with the soffit and gutter team was lacking. The roofing team was absolutely fantastic though. Aaron Kane went above and beyond helping fix issues that could have easily been ignored if the team didnt care about your home. This really made the difference as it set the tone for the entire 3 projects we did. The roof install was first and we were very happy with the job that was done. 5 star for the roofing team. The soffit and gutter team did great work too. We were happy with the end results. However i felt I had to constantly check in with both teams to make sure the job was going as it was sold to us by the salesman. Unfortunately we noticed the team almost skip part of the work we needed done on two different occasions. When we pointed it out, the team did make sure to resolve the issues but it left us not sure if corners were being cut or if it was an honest mistake. Unfortunately they didnt communicate anything with us unless I called them to ask questions. A simple status update would go a long way to make us feel like everything was going well. When both teams were done, they simply just left. We were not home during the install so a simple phone call would have been nice just to know the job was done and went well. I was left with a "we will have to see how it went when we get home" feeling. Thankfully though it appears like I was left with nothing to complain about work quality wise. Communication could be better with both of those teams. When it was all said and done, everyone did do a great job with our home and I would recommend them to others. I felt confident in the roofing team through the whole process but less confident with the other teams. When you are spending alot of money like we did, you would really want the kind of service their roofing team provided. Price wise, they werent the cheapest service but were reasonable and the quality of the work was great.

  From the beginning, Andy the residential estimator was very helpful with my pre project questions. Emily was helpful throughout the project and made communication through text messages better for me to stay updated. Cruz and his crew who installed the roof and Blake and crew who installed the gutters provided professional service overall. Although I was only present for part of the project, I observed each day by their clean up efforts. I have and would recommend Security Ruebke Roofing to others. Maybe you have an incentive program.   We had gutters repaired and replaced due to the July 27th tornado. Layla came and gave us the different options available for our repairs. I liked the fact that she didn’t push the most expensive and “only” option. She also didn’t try to sell us a whole house gutter replacement. She was very professional and very knowledgeable about what Luebke had to offer. They only replaced what was absolutely necessary. Blake and his cohort were very professional and did a great job. I feel they all make a great team and communication was excellent between all. I would highly recommend.

  We had soffits replaced, facia installed, gutters and gutter covers installed at their choice early in 26. We have had 2 rains where gutters flowed over due to blockage. The reason I got gutter covers was so I wouldn't have to climb a ladder to clean them. The gutter covers make it impossible for me to clean them cause I can't stand on a ladder more than a minute to remove a part of the gutters so I could clean the gutters. The gutters are 6 inch gutters with large openings for the downspouts but they still overflowed. Water overflowed on both sides of the gutters. Not very happy. Called them left message with NO response.
