  This was the second time that we used Security-Luebke Roofing for our home. We had new gutters installed and they did a wonderful job and quality work. From the time they spent coming out to provide the bid it was within two weeks that they completed the job. The crew of two men completed the task in about 5 hours and did a thorough job of making sure things were cleaned up when they were done. We highly recommend them if you are considering gutter replacement.

  Good company to have roofing done. Good service came at the appointed time and did nice work. Only problem is that i wasnt home at the time and i left some instructions on a couple of wind vanes on my roof. One was to be removed and the other was to be put back in the same spot. Well the one didnt get removed. And the other was put back but way off center. It's not a huge deal but cosmetically is doesnt look very good. I would recommend these guys for future projects but just gotta make sure they follow your requests.

  Wyatt Trocme did my estimate and listened to what I needed done at this time. He is a personable and knowledgeable young man. The roofers were good workers and got the house done in a day (shingles and gutters). Clean up was done very well. I am very pleased with the job that was done and with the company!

  If you want a company that puts a customer first, this isn’t the one. Had our roof done 4 years ago and now selling our house. A home inspector pointed out gaps between the shingles and the soffit area on the house. Security Luebke came out to inspect and address the issue and said there was no issue and to contact a pest company. We contacted a pest company that came out shortly after and they said it was an issue that should have been handled when the roof was completed. Security Luebke said they would come out and take a look again after I sent them the pictures as this should be under warranty since they have a 5 year warranty. Had an appointment setup for them to come and they never showed and didn’t call, text or email. Now I will have to spend $1,200 to make sure the pest control company can get the issue resolved before we sell our house since Security Luebke thinks it isn’t an issue and apparently doesn’t take it serious.

  On April 1, 2026, a severe ice storm came through Shawano, WI. I could hear branches hitting the roof causing severe damage by piercing the roof. After an inspection, Security-Luebke Roofing and my insurance company determined that a full roof replacement was necessary. Security-Luebke Roofing worked directly with the insurance adjuster and helped navigate the process to ensure everything was covered appropriately. Materials and a dumpster were delivered on June 15, 2026. Due to severe weather warnings, the project was postponed by one day from the scheduled start date and instead began on June 18. Four crew members arrived around 8:00 a.m. and immediately got to work. Before starting, they carefully protected my home and landscaping, which I greatly appreciated. I was impressed by how carefully this was done. They worked until 8:30 pm that night with a short break for lunch. Joaquin, the project manager, stopped by for some time and took pictures of the job. He showed me where 2 of the rafters were cracked and how they would fix them by nailing braces to them. The crew returned the next morning and continued working with the same professionalism and attention to detail. They completed the roof by about 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Before leaving, they thoroughly cleaned the property, swept the driveway, and carefully checked for nails and debris. The team worked efficiently and professionally, and it was clear they took pride in their work. Joaquin also returned on Friday to ensure everything was proceeding smoothly. On Monday, the dumpster was removed, and even the driver checked for any debris that might have fallen during loading. Later that afternoon, Joaquin returned for a final inspection. He inspected the completed roof, used magnetic sweepers around the yard, flower beds, driveway, and patio to collect any remaining nails, and blew off all concrete surfaces. He also removed any leftover materials. From start to finish, Security-Luebke Roofing demonstrated professionalism, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service. I am very satisfied with my new roof and would recommend them.
