I had a remnant carpet and ordered some through them for the second room (very reasonable price). They accidentally mixed up the carpet pieces and put it in the wrong room - which I later found out was due to one of my family members telling them the wrong room. They replaced the room free of charge quickly, even working around my hectic work schedule. Really went above and beyond to make it right, when it wasn't their fault to begin with.
