- BPBreanna Patz3 days ago5.0Great company, really went out of their way for customer service and great communication. I had a remnant carpet and ordered some through them for the second room (very reasonable price). They accidentally mixed up the carpet pieces and put it in the wrong room - which I later found out was due to one of my family members telling them the wrong room. They replaced the room free of charge quickly, even working around my hectic work schedule. Really went above and beyond to make it right, when it wasn't their fault to begin with.

They are very responsive and did great work. It saved us so much trouble and protected our peace of mind as we were dealing with so much else related to the storm.

He will now be my go to flooring guy, the box box store was the original install and after 7 years the carpet is literally falling apart! Never again! He was reasonable.
