  Will only call JG! They completely remolded my home and it’s 10 times better than before! Doesn’t even look like the same home. They treat your home like it’s their home.

  Avoid. Not to be trusted. Had them come out to look at a ceiling after a rook leak. There was some water staining on a portion of the ceiling where to pieces of drywall came together. The staining was only running along this line for no more than 6ft. Upon entering the room, the technician immediately pointed out sagging beams. This is a 100+ year old house. Of course there are sagging beams, and it was nothing beyond minimal and normal for the age. Then maybe less than 5 minutes into the inspection, without any tools being used, it was recommended that the whole ceiling be torn out, a bunch of equipment brought in and then the ceiling replaced. They couldn't quote me on the initial tear out, the equipment usage, the ceiling repair or anything they were going to do. Immediately pushed to sign a contract and claimed insurance would help cover it, without any communication with my insurance company. They also claimed to be able to work with people that would help with the roof leak but wouldn't go into further detail. They kept pushing to have the "mitigation" done as soon as possible. Why would I fix the ceiling before the source of the leak is resolved? Safe to say I ended business with them. After doing so, I had a number of roofers come out to identify the leak. They all got up in the attic and not only identified the leak (which was small), they also pointed out that the water damage was very minimal and could be a DIY fix. The ceiling in question actually has another smaller level above it that was at some point converted to attic space instead on this house. It has additional layers and flooring. The small amount of water pooled on this flooring and reached a small beam that it ran down to cause the staining in a crack. All of this was fixed by tarping the roof until it was replaced, drying up the water with standard fans and dehumidifier, cutting out the small section of drywall, replacing it, painting and laying down a small amount of new insulation. Nothing near the extent of work the technician claimed to have needed. This was also inspected by 2 of our general contractors and the roofer we decided to go with and all agreed it didn't need any form of "mitigation", restoration or complete ceiling replacement. Understandable not everyone can call that work, DIY, but the point is that it is far from the scope of work this company claimed to have needed to do. Get second and third opinions, and don't sign this companies vague contracts!

  I had a bad water leak in my rental that went unnoticed for some time causing a large amount of water damage. I called JG restoration for an estimate and they came out the same day. They were very detailed in explaining their process and handled everything from moisture reading, carpet removal, dry wall trim and doors. They were respectful and professional around the tenants and were quick with their work. I will be doing more business with them if I ever need a quality restoration company again. Thanks Brent for always responding so quickly and answering any questions!

  After 30 inches of snow melt and 2 days of major rainfall my family room flooded. I called several places and JG Restoration was the first one to call back and come to assess the situation. My project manager Brett was very helpful and quickly communicated the steps needed to dry the room. His team of Randy, Dylan, and Christina were super to work with. They checked on my room almost every day until it was dry. They even saved my carpet. Thank you so much!
