  After 30 inches of snow melt and 2 days of major rainfall my family room flooded. I called several places and JG Restoration was the first one to call back and come to assess the situation. My project manager Brett was very helpful and quickly communicated the steps needed to dry the room. His team of Randy, Dylan, and Christina were super to work with. They checked on my room almost every day until it was dry. They even saved my carpet. Thank you so much!

  When are some pump went out and our basement flooded I called JG Restoration. Who did an amazing job. Every single person I dealt with from the company was amazing and very thoughtful. Our project manager‘s name was Brandon. Hannah in the office is very helpful. Each of the other people that came to our house were so amazing. Thank you so much for doing a wonderful job drying out our basement.

  Had a terrible follow up experience. I had a first good experience with Brandon but after that it went down fast. I was patient and waited a week or so before reaching out for my quote due to how busy they were which I understood due to recent weather event. Called on a Friday for them to say they will send the quote that day. Nothing in my inbox, called them following week (2x's on Tuesday) saying they'd send me a quote and still nothing. Followed up today at noon and still haven't received anything. I also texted and was left on "read", that is why I had to call soo many times. Brandon and Rylan gave me 2 different answers when I asked about where my quote was. Don't reach out to me to fix things and as I suggest fixing things internally.

  Rylan, Ryan, Anthony, Logan and Jake worked hard to help me out after my sump pump failed and we took on water throughout the basement. Even though there was a lot of hurdles on both sides; Rylan and his team had dozens of other jobs that urgently needed their attention combined with the unexpected additional issues found in my home. The team did awesome work keeping me informed and letting me make decisions on where demo felt necessary and the best move for long term safety. There was no rushing me or dismissal of my questions as an experienced homeowner. Felt like honest, clear communication and documentation as soon as Rylan or Jake could deliver it. Hopefully I won't encounter flooding issues again, but I know who to reach out to if it does!
