  Jasmine was very attentive and provided excellent customer service to help us pick out our kitchen tile backsplash. It took our kitchen remodel from an 8 to a 10++. From design to installation, we were very pleased with Jasmine and House of Flooring.

  Jasmine has helped me twice now with carpeting. She is very patient, great with changes or alterations and has very good knowledge of her colors and patterns. She also responds to calls and questions. Great employee.

  Don't trust these people with your new construction blueprints. They will over order your flooring. Not listen to what transitions that are needed and order ones you didn't want. Then zero customer support cause there's no returns or exchanges of any kind. Costing you a lot of money just for that trust you thought you had. Update: this response is a lie. My blueprint was taken from me for an estimate. I was also told what transitions I needed. Totally not listening to what I said I wanted. I called twice asking for help and both times was just told to bad. Talked to manager and he told me these salesman have no authority or knowledge to make those decisions. If I was told that right away I would of walked out knowing I needed better advice. Now that want me to call and make things right? I couldn't even get Transition exchanged that I was just told I needed.
