  The fence looks absolutely great! I am so impressed with the entire experience with Fox Valley Fencing. Your staff was amazing—kind, polite, professional, and incredibly efficient. They did a fantastic job, and the cleanup was spectacular. Everything was left looking neat and beautiful. It was such a pleasure meeting the crew. They were wonderful to work with, and I truly appreciate the pride they took in their work. Thank you again for the great job and Military discount! The fence looks fantastic, and your team was truly outstanding. I couldn’t be happier!

  We worked with Fox Valley Fencing to fence in our backyard so our pups could have some more freedom in the yard, and they were great to work with! Weather caused some rescheduling but the communication from quote to completion was exceptional. They took care of the permits and diggers hotline which is greatly appreciated and convenient!

  We were originally very happy with Fox Valley Fencing. They installed our vinyl fence a few years ago, completed the installation quickly, and I had recommended them to others. Unfortunately, our experience with service after the installation has changed my opinion. We have had recurring problems with one of our gates. When it began having issues again, I contacted FVF on July 24 and explained that we wanted to see about getting the gate operational again or explore other options. On July 29, I received a short response saying we had been placed on the repair list. There was no mention of a service or diagnostic charge, no estimate, and no appointment scheduled. On August 18, we unexpectedly received a $100 invoice for “fence/gate repair.” Until receiving the invoice, we did not even know someone had been to our property. The invoice did not state when the work occurred or explain what had been done. I contacted FVF asking what the $100 charge covered, why the charge had not been disclosed beforehand, and explained that the gate was still having the same problems. I was eventually told that their foreman had stopped by between jobs to diagnose/adjust the gate and that the $100 covered his visit. However, my question about why the fee was not disclosed before the visit was never addressed, nor was anything said about the gate still not working properly or what could be done to resolve the issue. We paid the invoice, plus the online payment fee. I then emailed again explaining that the gate was still not operating properly and that we could not tell any difference in its operation following the diagnostic/adjustment. I also made clear that we would not authorize any additional work without being told the cost beforehand and requested advance notice before anyone comes onto our property because we have dogs that regularly use our fenced backyard. A full week has now passed since that email, and we have received no response. The gate continues to have the same issues. I understand that our original one-year workmanship warranty has expired, and I never expected out-of-warranty service to necessarily be free. My concern is that a charge should be disclosed before a customer is billed for it so they have the opportunity to decide whether they want to proceed. I also would have expected some attempt to discuss what could be done next when I explained that the gate was still not working properly. If you contact FVF for an out-of-warranty repair, I would recommend asking in writing whether there is a service/diagnostic charge and exactly what that charge will be before being placed on their repair list. We were happy with the original fence installation, but the recurring gate problems and, especially, the communication and lack of follow-up surrounding this service visit have changed our opinion. I can no longer recommend Fox Valley Fencing.

  We contracted with Fox Valley Fencing while still living in North Carolina, preparing our move to Wisconsin. Ashley coordinated the entire project remotely through texts and drawings, making the process surprisingly easy. Our goal was a fence that complemented the character of our historic home, and they absolutely delivered. The quality and attention to detail are outstanding, and the finished fence looks like it has always belonged there. Most importantly, our dog now has a secure yard to enjoy. We highly recommend Fox Valley Fencing for excellent communication, craftsmanship, and customer service. Thank you Ashley and Team!

  We just had our old wood fence removed and new vinyl fence installed and we are so happy with it! The product is beautiful, such an upgrade from what we had. The crew arrived on time and didn’t waste any time getting started. They were all very friendly and answered all of our questions. The work was completed in a single day which blew my mind away! They cleaned up everything when they were finished. We would definitely recommend Fox Valley Fencing to anyone looking to get a new fence!
