Service call to see if my unusual placement of products would work. Options were discussed. Very knowledgeable options. Great discussions and options provided. Willing to take time to do the best job possible to provide solution. Highly recommend this company. Did not hurry in and hurry out. Attention to detail and working to provide service was their mission. Prices were great as well.

The plumber was fantastic and very personable. He has been to my home in the past for new toilets and a basement leak and has always been very respectful. It was great that he remembered me. I really like and trust your company.

We were in the market for a water softener and R.O. System to improve our water quality on a new well in the Shiocton area. This review is regarding our sales consult experience with Mark, which was a pleasant experience with timely communications. Of 4 companies we consulted with, Mark’s was definitely the most informative and interactive. He spent every minute of the visit listening to our needs and explaining solutions available. We ended up choosing a competitors equipment at a highly competitive value, but Aquarius Kinetico’s offer was the most premium offering and had the most diverse service catalog to back it up.
