  Terry showed up early, explained why the product I bought was fine but it did not have the battery. He explained the backup up sump pump process and I decided to go with the Aquarius recommendation, which had great reviews. Terry disengaged the sump pump and replaced it with a Pro Series backup pump and battery. He worked quickly and was out the door. Terry did an awesome job and was friendly throughout tje process. Thank!

  We had the basement stacks for our two bathrooms replaced. One of the 33 year old ABS stacks leaked a little every time the bathroom was used so it was was always wet around the base of the stack on the basement floor. The other stack had a very slow leak at a joint. Our plumber Ty did an excellent job rebuilding the stacks with PVC. There are no leaks anymore. He also checked out the rest of the basement plumbing and replaced an angle shut-off valve for the humidifier that had a slight leak.

  Ty was on time, friendly, professional and did a great job on piping the sump pump. He also explained what he did and showed me what to do in certain circumstances. Thanks Ty.

  We have Aquarius Home Services take care of our water/ filter system changes on a regular basis! Their people are always polite & courteous!! Thank you again for all you do to keep our systems running smoothly!

  Always excellent service with friendly knowledgible technicians. However, your current experiment with fake voice recognition AI for service calls and scheduling is completely inconsistent with your other service. Please return to local, or at least human, phone answering.
