Once again, they provided exceptional service at a reasonable price. I called the office at 7:30am and Nate was here by 9:45am. Nate went above and beyond what I expected. I had two similar experiences at a past residence as well. Great service!

I'll start by saying we have a new door and its installed. So, I guess they did give us what we ordered. However, the sales process was very lazy. The only real questions he asked were "how big" and "what color", other than that he was extremely hands off. He didnt even come over to see what we had currently. He took my word for it, but I dont work for a garage door company, I am not the expert! We ended up with a door that was not like the one we had, but I suppose that falls on me for not knowing more about garage doors. He's supposed to be the expert, the trusted advisor. He was definitely not. He made no effort to sell me on anything, he just took the order. So, I guess if thats what you're looking for, then this is the place for you! If you need guidance and someone to tell you what you should install, call the other guy. Now, the installation process was fantastic! They were flexible when we had to reschedule once, and the guy that came to install was amazing! He knew exactly what he was doing and was very professional. I felt bad that we had to make time wait to move a bunch of stuff for him, because again, nobody guided us through how install day would go, but he was a champ through it and kept a smile on his face. He was very patient and friendly. So, do we have a functioning door, yes. Does it still leak when it rains, yes. Would I hire them again? Nope.

I went through the recent experience of getting a garage door quoted/installed, and I was a little shocked at how hard it was to find a good company. 1. Company 1 showed up and quoted but was overpriced (1.5x AOD). 2. Company 2 took my info/pictures via text, promised a quote, and then never sent one despite me following up. 3. Company 3 did not return my voicemail for a quote. 4. Company 4 got me a quote after 3 days (same price as AOD), but then never came to pickup the deposit check after I told him I wanted to go with him. I never heard from him again. 5. Advantage Overhead Door got me a quote same day, took my deposit same day, and had the door installed 8 days later. So far it has been working great. They also have a physical office so if you have issues you can track them down.

American Overhead Door made the process so easy! Building or renovating can be overwhelming and can cause a bit of decision fatigue. American Overhead Door took all that away - I told them the kind of door we were looking for, and they immediately provided us with photos, pricing and information on that door. They also provided pricing for the openers and a keypad. They worked with us on ordering and timing for installation. Constant communication throughout the process. Installation was super easy - all done in a matter of hours. Doors look and work fantastic - exactly what we were envisioning. Thank you American Overhead Door for your part in this renovation!

We had American Overhead Door replace two garage door openers last year and did a great job. Our springs broke on Friday night, called Monday and were here Tuesday morning to fix them. They did a great job! Will be definitely calling in the future for any needs.
