  We recently had our garage door springs replaced with 10000 cycle which is the standard ones and replaced at additional cost the bearings and also had the inspection of the garage door done. The total cost was $835. We did have a $75 coupon and we also were told when we called we would have a veterans discount but the technician got a little agitated Conrad Holmes said he wasn't aware of it and didn't apply it. Conrad is a very capable technician and did a good job. I got sent an email after Conrad left about a 29 point safety inspection which Conrad did not talk to us about and actually just told me to keep things oiled and everything was good but that was NOT what was written in the safety email. The email stated practically every component needed attention and was in the yellow. That's so unfair Conrad never said a word about it or showed us anything which needed attention except for the bearings which we were charged $180 dollars in addition to the springs for which is quite overpriced since the bearings are easy to get to when the springs are off... I will not be coming back after this kind of nonsense and recommend going somewhere else for your garage door needs. This kind of stuff needs to be called out!!

  I am very thankful that I chose A1 Garage Door Service to do a tuneup. During his inspection, the technician, Jesse, discovered that the bolt that secures the ceiling brackets to the track was hanging on by a thread. His diligence in inspecting every part of the garage door and hardware prevented potential damage to the cars, but more importantly, serious injuries or worse! He did the necessary repairs at a very reasonable price.
