  I can’t say enough good things about 920 Restorations and Tyler. Dealing with mold in your home can be stressful and overwhelming, but Tyler and his team made the entire process so much easier. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, super responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled properly. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and the pride they take in their work. They took my concerns seriously, helped me understand the mitigation process, and made me feel much more confident about getting my home taken care of. It’s not every day you find a company that treats you like more than just another customer, but that was absolutely my experience with 920 Restorations. Tyler and his crew delivered a level of professionalism and customer service that exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate the work they did. Tyler and his team are the kind of people you want in your corner when dealing with a stressful situation. Tyler and the company found multiple spots of mold throughout the house from an undiscovered roof leak. They always had the right mitigation and properly removed and treated all surfaces affected. They were super responsive to text messages or calls responding to my questions and would update daily on the work they did inside my house. Here are some of the pictures that were beforehand of mold throughout the house that made my wife sick.

  We had them out after a recent flood. They were very kind and helpful. Always a phone call or a txt away. Communication was very good! They did an amazing job! Would recommend to anyone who needs flood restoration or mold control!

  We had water damage in our finished basement after a bad storm. Tyler and his team responded quickly and got to work assessing the damage and explaining the next steps to restore our carpeting and drywall. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage or needing restoration services!
