  The red oak folks re-did our siding on our house after a hail storm. Their team dealt with the insurance company for us & handled the back-and-forth and fought to make sure insurance paid out fairly. Matt the project manager was really patient with us & answered our many questions. The team was great, and work was done quickly. The team did a good job of asking good questions we didn’t think of that added a lot of value (things like - so long as your siding is off, do you want to add an outlet?). Our project required an electrician and other contractors, red oak handled communicating and coordinating with those additional teams. When unexpected issues naturally arose (our house is close to 100 years old, so stuff pops up, we had some rotted boards under our siding), Matt was so helpful in giving us his perspective and proposed solutions. The finishes are awesome - small details like spots around our hoses, outlets, etc. are done really well. Matt did some quality inspections and fixes himself to make sure we had the final polish on everything. Would absolutely recommend, Red Oak is at the top of our list next time we have a project like this.

  Earlier this year I had considerable hail damage to my home and garage and Red Oak Exteriors was referred to me by a friend. I am so happy I went with them. High quality materials were used, installation was very professional and timely. But what really impressed me was how diligent they were with helping me navigate through the insurance paperwork and getting the insurance company to reconsider some of their estimates which resulted in a higher payout. Also, I have many perennial gardens around my house and they were extremely careful and took extra measures to protect all of my landscaping. I truly was so appreciative of that. Communication was always top notch. I'm extremely pleased.

  I don't write many reviews, but when I work with such an extraordinary company, I pass along the valuable info. After much research, Red Oak Exteriors (Altoona) replaced our leaking, old roof. Andy and Matt patiently and expertly answered questions and explained the process perfectly. The Red Oak team has a superior work ethic and attention to detail, so the install went very smoothly. They also provided photos and video of the job for final approval. It was a stress-free day for me! We are delighted with their highly rated products, the skilled crew, and the solid new roof.   We had a great experience working with Red Oak Exteriors on our siding replacement in Eau Claire. They installed LP SmartSide siding on our home along with new soffit, fascia, gutters, and exterior trim, and we’re extremely happy with how everything turned out. The Red Oak Exteriors crew did quality work and paid attention to the details throughout the project. Our house looks completely transformed. The new LP SmartSide siding and exterior finishes came together beautifully, and the workmanship really shows in the finished product. Communication was also great throughout the process. Whenever we had a question or something we wanted addressed, they were responsive and worked with us to make sure we were happy with the end result. That meant a lot on a project this large. Replacing your siding is a major investment, and finding a local exterior contractor you can trust makes a huge difference. Based on our experience, I’d definitely recommend Red Oak Exteriors to anyone in the Eau Claire or Chippewa Valley area looking for siding installation, LP SmartSide siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, or other exterior home improvements. Really happy with how our house turned out and glad we chose Red Oak Exteriors!

  We had our roof replaced. This included a rubber roof over our enclosed back porch attached to our house. I appreciated the communication and explanation of what was needed. We had spoken to a variety of roofing companies but felt Red Oak Exteriors was the best choice. Now that everything is completed, it just confirmed we made a good decision. Very pleased with the end product.
