  We had our roof replaced. This included a rubber roof over our enclosed back porch attached to our house. I appreciated the communication and explanation of what was needed. We had spoken to a variety of roofing companies but felt Red Oak Exteriors was the best choice. Now that everything is completed, it just confirmed we made a good decision. Very pleased with the end product.

  We were very impressed by the attention to details, professionalism of the workers, and the commitment to finishing the job in the time frame indicated. They went above and beyond advocating for us and submitting claims to our insurance company. They were available and communicative throughout the entire process. Red Oak Exteriors is a great example of customer service from start to finish.

  I waited way too long to have my roof inspected after 2025 hail storm. I didn’t want to let just anyone knocking on my door onto my roof. Contacted my agent and he suggested Red Oak. I’m so glad I did. They inspected roof and found damage and then came back on a Sunday when insurance sent their inspector. They had some hiccups when it came time to install but they let us know asap. Removed and replaced roof in one day and did an outstanding job. I couldn’t find any issues. They even offered up some solutions for a difficult junction of new and old construction. They fixed it up better than before and supplied all pictures. They said we wouldn’t find any nails afterwards but we did find a lot. I get that this is tough to get all these and we should’ve said something right away. Matt said they would’ve been back with the magnet. Very thorough documentation and communication for everything. I would recommend them for any construction work!
