  This company is a joke. I had them look at my HVAC system that was installed approx. 3 years ago and stopped working. This is in a vacant house that was on the market. First things first, they did not look into warranty work which in the end was all covered at no cost to me. They started throwing darts a the system to see if that would fix it. They worked on it for several weeks and said it needed electrical boards at a cost of $1600 for me, still not working. Then it needed a new blower motor at a cost of $2300 for me. This time they said it worked. When I went to check on the system there wasn't even power to the thermostat that controls the unit. Luckily I stopped by to double check. This time they said it needed more electrical boards at a cost of $1600 to me. This is when I decided to get a second opinion. The first thing Tom From Grant Mechanical did was look into the warranty. He immediately found the system is still under warranty. He then discovered that the parts I was charged for were not the correct parts and would not work together anyway. He gave me all the manufactures information and photos to prove it. Tom installed the new system and now it works perfectly. I have put in several calls to Thermall and I get excuses each time. They won't call me back. They will not back their work. Do not use this company.

  Danielle acted as our service technician for the bi-annual inspection. We valued her meticulous attention to detail and dedication to completing tasks promptly and efficiently. During her initial visit, she examined the crawl space for potential duct leaks, noted minor issues, and offered informed recommendations for suitable solutions. Additionally, she installed a Google Nest Thermostat in an exceptionally timely manner. After nearly five years with another prominent regional company, we transitioned to Thermall and are extremely satisfied with this decision.
