I had an issue with a load shedder on my Generac home generator. I called Thermal who had done the generator install about a year earlier. In less than an hour Mike showed up at the house and within 15 minutes had diagnosed and repaired the issue. Mike was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable and with the outstanding service I received today won’t hesitate to reach back out to Thermal for any future needs. Great job Mike and everyone at Thermal for your attention to this matter.

Christy did an awesome job and she told me everything that was good or bad or needed to be fixed. She was very informative. And it's very nice to have a gal coming into your home. So you go Christy

We've been using the services of ThermAll Since moving to Yakima over three years ago; they have consistently been courteous, timely, and professional through all of our A/C, heating and electrical projects. Today, Alex and Cheyenne not only came out to help me plan an additional outlet For the garage but had the open time and completed the work in under an hour and I was able to have this desired project completed.
