- JBJohn BJul 3, 20265.0Neil (new owner) was very responsive. I had Cascade RetroFoam out in 2022 to fill my empty walls. At the time, they did a fine job, keeping it mostly clean--I didn't observe them installing but the result was a more comfortable home during the winter. However, when I removed the siding on the house in June 2026, I found several missing stud bays. I contacted RetroFoam right away and Neil responded within a day. He was incredibly responsive, coming out the following day with his crew. He made sure that EVERY nook and cranny got filled. I was very impressed with the integrity of his response--humble, curious, and prompt. It shows that he actually cares about his customers and product. His exact response was, "you get what you pay for" and I really did. I would recommend RetroFoam to anyone in the area as a FIRST option, not a last. There are very few companies left that are willing to stand by their work and Neil and RetroFoam do just that. Excellent work guys!
