  Parker was such a pleasure. He responded to all my dumb questions, gave us up front advice, did quality work efficiently, was on time (even early after Claire from dispatch asked if we were home and ready!) and was always chipper and pleasant. If you need a plumber, I couldn’t recommend him more.

  We are very pleased that Steven has done a great job locating the main water line and the shutoff valve for our unit in an old condo building. He was very cordial and responsive. Previously he help us two senior citizens replace water filters of our RO system, a job very difficult to find service in the Seattle area. We feel he is a trustworthy and compassionate professional so we gave him a second job now.

  Kyle was the technician who came to maintain our Rinnai tankless water heater. He was professional and very thoroughly answered all my questions. He also solved my problem with the recirculating pump by helping me set up the wifi module and reset it to run again. My faucet is back on running hot water within seconds of turning it on. I feel confident that under Kyle's care, my unit will be good for running it's maximum lifespan. Absolutely recommend services from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! Oh, did I mention their competitive pricing? Such amazing company!!

  Our plumber, Parker, was responsive, friendly and professional. We appreciated his quick response to our plumbing emergency. After finding root intrusion in the main drain line, he was able to put our drain system back in usable service until he could return to make the permanent fix. Pricing was reasonable and transparent, and Parker completed the proposed work exactly as described in the quotes provided. Great front office communication, too!

  This was the first time I’ve used Benjamin Franklin plumbers. And the quality of the workmanship that Steve showed was top-notch. He installed a brand new water pressure Booster pump that does everything I’d hoped for. It runs quietly and now I have water psi at 70 instead of 43 psi water pressure.I would definitely recommend this company That installed it. For those that are interested, it is a DAB esybox mini which is the integrated water pressure booster pump.
