  I recently used this company for some leaks at an apartment complex and was able to get next day service with a very knowledgeable and friendly technician Tyler. The entire process was very smooth and all of our issues were able to be handled on the initial visit. Highly recommended for anyone needing any kind of plumbing work.

  Tyler from 1-Tom helped us with fixing a valve that was not fully closing and replacing a few others with angle stop. Tyler was on time, provided reasonable estimate, completed the work with highest quality, and was very patient in answering our questions. We’ll definitely call 1-Tom for other plumbing needs.

  Tyler was able to make it same day, same afternoon to fix a leaky shower pipe. Very professional, courteous, and all done in great time. Also took care not to accidentally let my cats out; definitely appreciated! 10/10 would call again.

  Water restored within 5 hours of my call! Super responsive service and Austin did good work, quickly, clean, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous - all that helped us overcome the main valve in the garage springing a leak. My experience start to finish was outstanding, the only painful part of the whole process (other than being without water) was the cost, but disclaimer there was I did not have time to get competitive bids and used AI to get me in the ballpark. So the final price was double what AI identified as average. That said, we identified the leak at 0630 and shut off the water to research local area plumbers available with rapid response services. Our community message board offered a reference for 1-Tom. I called at 0730 and an AI answering service fielded the initial screening. AI Anna even exceeded my expectations from previous AI answering services. She then transferred me to Heather (a live person) to complete my same day scheduled service request. I was given a 0900 - 1100 service window. Austin showed up at 1015, confirmed the issue, gave me an estimate, I approved and he went right to work. Water restored around 1215 by a replaced water valve. Cannot speak highly enough for Heather and Austin's responsiveness and professionalism, dare I say worth every penny! Thank you 1-Tom Plumbing.
