  I am very unhappy with this company. I’ve paid $27.18 monthly to ensure periodic maintenance and troubleshooting. Three weeks after their last visit, my air conditioner quit. I was told that my system needed to be replaced because the coolant needed was no longer available. (Between 10-18 K estimate). The technician failed to mention that there is a substitute coolant available, I asked him what choices I had and he said that replacement was the only option. I called another company for another opinion. They provided an alternate product and it was fixed within an hour. Cost? $125 vs. $15,000. They were dishonest. I also got a bill for $213.60 for diagnostics.

  Nathan is very responsible and a great communicator- he is there to answer questions and trouble shoot concerns. Whenever I made a phone call or had a question- Nathan got right back to me- even when he was on vacation ! I would recommend Alpine Air to anyone
