  Jason and Chris did an amazing job installing my tankless water heater, and they really made sure everything was perfectly set up. Jason also put together a great project cost estimate, listing each task and explaining the proposed setup. Plus, they cleaned up the area before they left. I made a right decision to have business with this company.

  The entire experience starting with Grayson (sales) to Cadman and Alex (installation) to Jose (checking quality and start up connections) to Carlos and Jabin with the final inspection along with the office crew was a fantastic job. They took the time to attend to my needs, expectations and the care of my home. I would definitely recommend Young's Heating & Cooling! On another note, Thank you Young's for my birthday care and gift. That was extra sweet!

  We had quite a list of things that needed doing, including installing a hood vent and a number of lighting and wiring items. Young's was able to do the whole job quickly and at a competitive rate. Their technicians have been friendly and communication good.

  Justin was very professional and was very knowledgeable about my aged heating system He also was very patient in answering my many questions. He explained his procedures in terms that I could understand. He discussed additional options that his company offered without pressure to buy , but instead providing me with a sense of security regarding decisions I would make in the future to maintain a safe home. He reminded me that I needed a fire extinguisher in the basement and the kitchen in addition to the fire blanket that was hanging on my wall. Justin patiently showed me how to program my thermostat. I was very pleased with Justin . Your company was recommended by my son for the satisfaction in the work done in his home. I will also recommend Young's Heating, Cooling and Electric Company whenever I can. Thank you .
