  Marcielo is very quiet. Hardly knew he was here. He was very professional and pleasant. The entire team from Total Comfort Solutions was a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend them to everyone. You need to add heating and cooling to your survey.

  Josh Drummond was prompt, courteous and extremely well versed in his field. He was also very friendly. He fully explained the problems with my heating system and offered various avenues of repair and/or replacement. Josh seems to be a very valuable employee of Total Comfort.

  On time, polite, thorough, most importantly he uncovered a real safety issue that had been overlooked by others. To add to this review, I now have a whole new system for heating and cooling. It took less than a week for them to discover the problem and install a new system. The entire crew was fun and polite and hard-working. What they were doing was explained to me, how the thermostat worked was explained, the included follow up care was explained. They were comfortable with, and considerate of my animals, who tended to be very inquisitive of them. Over the years, I’ve used different companies and this was my first time trying Total Comfort Solutions. I will recommend them again and again.
