Lon was awesome. I had the part that I needed under warranty and he called immediately to the company and they're sending the part out already. I was very impressed with Lon's professionalism and wanting to make sure that he got things done correctly.
He called on Friday late and they sent the part out and he got it on Sunday night . He was out on Monday and put my heating element in and now I have hot water.
Lon had a very busy day on Monday but he still called to see if he could come out later then was originally scheduled and of course I said yes as I really wanted hot water. I think it was awesome that he was concerned that I get hot water that night instead of having to wait until the next day I appreciated that.
It was an awesome experience The best I've had from the company and a very very long time.
If I need any other services done I will definitely give Lon a call.
He showed me the old part and here is a picture of it It was totally shot.
If I could give him more than five stars I would.

"Fantastic service! Andrew quickly cleared our tub drain, was professional, efficient, and left everything clean. The drain works perfectly now. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs!

Last night we came home to no ac and not any clue what to do. First thing this morning we got up and called Total Comfort. Carlos was out here in literally no time at all and in maybe 5 minutes everything was set. We even got some great info on working for towards a new system!!! Seriously, Carlos was 10000/10 and we couldn't have asked for better.

We had someone come out today to help us figure out an issue with our thermostat after discovering the instructions we had been given were not correct.
Before calling, we spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting with the thermostat manufacturer's support team and trying all of their suggested fixes, but nothing worked. Thankfully, one call to this company got us on the right track.
From the first phone call to the service visit, everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The person who took my call was very pleasant, and I received a callback within about 30 minutes to schedule an appointment. I was impressed that they were able to get someone out the same day.
The technician called ahead to let us know when he would arrive, showed up when expected, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He took the time to explain what was wrong, how it was corrected, and answered all of our questions. He was knowledgeable, professional, and never made us feel rushed. He also explained some of the other services they offer, which was helpful.
It's refreshing to work with a company that communicates well, shows up when they say they will, and solves the problem after we've already spent days trying to figure it out ourselves. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend them.
Thank you to the Total Comfort team who on day one diagnosed our failed air conditioner and recommended a replacement, on day two had it sitting in our back yard, then removed that new unit when we learned about and opted for a more energy-efficient model, on day three obtained the more efficient unit, installed it, and set it up successfully! Martin was leadoff batter, who helped with the initial diagnosis and suggestions on Monday. Kaiden, Trevor, Luis, and Dylan were the competent and efficient installers on Tuesday and Wednesday. Matt was clean-up batter on Wednesday afternoon. And Jesse was the able coach on the sidelines, working throughout to keep the team on track and the fans (that’s us) satisfied.
There were some questionable close calls during the game: If we had had initially a brochure of options to take away and think about, especially more clarity about the SEER ratings, that might have led to a smoother game. And a weird email exchange about the financing arrangements was disconcerting. But Jesse was quick to set matters aright.
