  Service was available within a short timeframe. Primary issue was identified and fixed quickly, and an additional fix to a previously unknown secondary issue was performed. In additional to the repairs, respondent (owner) reviewed a list of potential issues that would be further checked during an upcoming maintenance service. I am very happy with the good communication, the genuine customer service, the extensive knowledge base exhibited during the explanations, and the fair pricing presented. Will definitely use this company in the future!

  This review comes from a very selective, former general contactor having used many tradespeople over the years: It's hard to find an honest and hard working person who is is knowledgeable, fair, and follows through in the construction field these days, unfortunately. Chris excelled in all fronts. He and his team provided and installed a completely new HVAC system in our home and we could not be happier. He was very responsive during all phases of the job, worked hard to get it done in a timely manner, is considerate and polite, and took the extra time and care to do details one would not typically notice but makes a difference in the overall fit and finish quality of the installation. He takes pride in his work and it shows.

  Cris was great, kind, and professional. He was able to come out late the same day after our A/C unit stopped working in the middle of 100° heat. He worked very quickly and fixed it, and was pretty much a lifesaver. Great service, very helpful, we will be using Solutions HVAC for anything else that comes up in the future for sure. Thank you again, we really appreciate it.
