Cris was knowledgeable and seemed to do a good job in an expeditious manner. Was running behind schedule as I was the last call of the day but they called and let me know in advance. Seemed to be very thorough but did say I would check this if I had the tool a couple times which made me wonder why he didnt have the tool or if that was not part of the maintenance check.

John and Josh were very professional and had our indoor heating and cooling system serviced and cleaned up the outside heat pump. I would be more than happy to refer them to others. Thank you!
