The HVAC inspection technician Sean was very polite, relatable, competent and thorough. However when I was done I just expected to pay him, but instead I was made to sign some legal document about arbitration and other BS which was very intimidating. I asked if I could just pay him and not sign but unfortunately not. I said I would have to hire a lawyer before I signed it so I could know what I was signing. A very awkward experience. Furthermore he also invited another employee to come and "check it out" the next day, I am about 90% sure it's going to be some high pressure salesman - TBD. I don't mind getting the bad news about my house it's not about that...the low price ($49) for the inspection seems like how they get the foot in the door. I signed up because the Lowe's store employee said it was a good deal.

My wife purchased a low cost service inspection for our HVAC for our home from a sale rep at a big box hardware store. Everything was working fine but she wanted an inspection. They came and inspected and said the the furnace had carbon monoxide leak so they had to shut off gas to it. With permanent ink also wrote all over the inside of the furnace that it had to be replaced. This was followed by an aggressive sales person wanting to install a new furnace asap. In the mean time it got warm enough that we turned the A/C on and it wasn't working either. So we had perfectly working systems before they came and after they left we had no heat and no A/C. We called them and they came out and fixed what ever they broke on the A/C at no charge but we still had no heat. We felt like something was off working with them and we thought to get a second opinion so we called in another HVAC company to get an estimate for a new furnace. After inspection the other company said their was nothing wrong with our furnace and also stated that Service Patriots has a reputation for doing this tactic. So now to be double sure we had NW Natural Gas out to inspect our furnace for both Carbon Monoxide and Gas. They confirmed absolutely nothing wrong with the furnace. They turn the gas back on and removed the warnings. Let their be no doubt that this was pure calculated dishonesty on Service Patriots part.

We had a few scheduling issues with Service Patriot at first. They had to reschedule us multiple times at the last minute, which was frustrating, so we ended up giving up on them initially. We later ran into them at the Home & Garden Show and decided to give them another chance because of their $58 HVAC/AC tune-up promotion. I’m glad we did. Trent came out, was incredibly thorough, professional, and kind. He took the time to explain everything and did a great job. Thanks to the excellent service we received from him, they’ve completely redeemed themselves. We will be getting a second opinion on some of things that were recommended as we typically always do. Overall very happy with their service.

We had them install an entirely new system in our two-story home in Estacada, and Louie, Cesar, and Dakota are the young men who accomplished that in a very fine manner - and the new heating/cooling system is working fabulously! Louie, Cesar, and Dakota were extremely polite, friendly, and well-mannered, and thus were very respectful towards me, and very conscientious about working in our home. They looked and acted professionally, and were truly gentlemen, and I would recommend them without reserve! The two electricians were also very competent and kind, and the Supervisor Joe, who was out here the evening before, was truly a gracious and delightful young man to have in our home! We are truly satisfied customers, Jeff and Catherine Husband

This was the second year Service Patriot provided annual maintenance on our HVAC system. The technician, Mikey, has gone above and beyond our expectations both times. Besides servicing the furnace, he also pointed out several issues with the ducting under the house that if addressed would significantly improve the efficiency. At no time did we feel he was trying to up sale his services and explained everything in a very logical manner. The crew that performed the air distribution reconditioning were great. Landon, Kris and Oscar explained everything in detail and the finish product looked very professional. It’s been three days since the service was performed and the result in the HVAC performance is very noticeable. I can say without hesitation I would use the team again and recommended them without reservation.
