Do not have Lowe's or Home Depot send someone from Service Patriots to look at your furnace. They will send a very professional and what appears to be a good technician and then they will spend no less than 4 hours looking at every bit of your system only to tell you that you have a crack and that it needs to be replaced immediately. We were sold a very expensive system that requires us to have them service it every year by them for the expensive 30 year warranty to be valid, which they don't tell you that stipulation when purchasing it. On top of that, they are extremely evasive when you need an itemized bill for IRS purposes. They refused to give it to us but gave us a number to use for the tax rebates---only to find out the number is invalid and now we have to resubmit our tax forms. UNBELIEVABLE SCAM and BEHAVIOR FOR A SO-CALLED CHRISTIAN BASED COMPANY. RUN FROM THEM AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE for your HVAC needs.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! All started in late 2025 as fall was approaching. Went into Home Depot for some supplies, at the front entrance there was a guy with a flyer for $30 inspection/Tune-up on any major home HVAC. We just got off a hot summer so I thought "Okay lets tune up the AC before winter hits". They came out, gave a inspection, very thorough, polite, and professional. They asked me to write a review on their service at that time (some kind of game for the workers to see who got the best and most stars) so I wrote a review (took it down now). They tuned up the AC and cleaned it, inspected the furnace, when inspecting the furnace they stated that there was a crack beginning to start in the heat exchanger. They said this was a huge safety concern (had me sign a waiver). Fast forward to this year, turned AC on a couple weeks ago when it hit 80, something popped. Shut it off and called Service Patriots. They came out within a day, tested everything, said my AC was on "its way out with low pressures" and that the starter kit blew. Since my AC runs R22 (outdated) they said it isn't sold anymore and if it was it was crazy expensive. While looking at the AC they had pulled up previous service records. Automatically the service tech said "you have a cracked heat exchanger and at this point your playing with fire because it's a huge safety concern" explained why it was a safety concern (Which I appreciated). so I decided okay lets get a quote for a whole system replacement (Furnace and AC). Couple days later the estimation manager was out to look at how much it would cost. Laid it all out like we were at a dealership buying a car (stealership) Gave us 3 choices with (Bronze, Silver, Gold which was 2-stage) We chose gold, he laid out the pricing and it was 27k!!!!! At the time I didn't know what to think of it, felt pressured to make it decision because he kept mentioning the safety risk. He ran my credit, approved, and just as I was about to sign everything I made a decision to look at other places before making a 27k purchase. The estimation tech did not want to leave it felt like, making himself comfortable on my dining table, almost arguing with me about why I had to wait and have scheduling done so it's not booked up for the rest of the week. Again stating hat it's a huge safety concern to leave it. Anyways he left, spent the next few days searching around, got a couple more quotes ranging from 9k to 14k NOT 27K!!!! While searching around I kept getting calls from service patriots asking what I thought and if they could lower the price for me. They came down 5k on just one call! Now comes the good part, my dad has a good HVAC tech he always calls for service, been in business for 30+ years. He came out and looked at everything, he said pressures were fine for the AC and that all it needed was a starter kit. We bench looked at the furnace and we couldn't see any signs of the heat exchanger being cracked or cracking. He said he would need to take it apart to look at it clearly. BTW he also mentioned that R22 refrigerant was definitely still available and he could get it pretty easy for cheap. That brings me to today, the HVAC tech came out, took everything apart, and came back saying that there were no cracks just a warn out blower motor. Took videos and pictures to show me all of it. So after replacing the starter kit on the AC and blower motor on the furnace it came out to 1.3k. SERVICE PATRIOTS IS A SCAM! Please don't let them price gouge you. I looked them up on BBB, they are not accredited and have several claims against them for price gouging, and even sabotage of equipment. To me it seems they target people who look to be first time home buyers or are elderly, that's what the claims lead me to believe. If you have HVAC issues, please do your research on what people quote you, as this is a prime example of a company waiting to just take advantage and placing fear into people because it's a "safety hazard" forcing you into a payment/loan that is not necessary.

I was very pleased with the replacement of my HVAC unit several years ago by Service Patriots. I was just as pleased today when the system was cleaned & serviced. Trent was my service technician. He was a professional, knew what needed to be done as well as efficient & kind while working at my home. When you open your home for service appointments it can be stressful. With today's appointment I am confident that the HVAC is working as it should. Thank you Trent for your excellent work. Janice M.

I wanted to share my recent first experience with Service Patriots HVAC, and it was truly outstanding. Frank, the technician who assisted me, was exceptionally professional, helpful, honest, and knowledgeable throughout the entire service visit. Unlike technicians from other companies I've dealt with, Frank didn't simply inspect my system. He took the time to open it up and clean it thoroughly, demonstrating a level of care and attention to detail that I haven't seen before. Frank also walked me through each step of the process, explaining what he was doing and why it mattered, which made me feel informed and reassured about the maintenance of my system. I'm genuinely impressed not only by the quality of their maintenance but also by how affordable their services are compared to competitors. This experience has certainly set a new standard for what I expect from HVAC service. Thank you for providing such excellent service!

My wife and I were notified that we had a cracked heat exchanger and we were then pressured into replacing our HVAC system with a new one that costed us a little over twenty thousand dollars which was really nice given that I am a Disabled veteran who is on a fixed income I was told that we would be receiving 6 complimentary services that would include system inspections and filters for it. The first service never happened and every other service was not received with several services being canceled due to problems on the part of service Patriots the last service was the last straw as we had made an appointment for a service 6 months in advance with my wife taking a day off work to be home to open the house for the service appointment and the company canceled less than 24 hours prior to the service. Avoid this company like the plague as they are a bunch of lying scammers looking for a chance to make an easy Sale. I spent ten years in the HVAC industry and I can’t believe how many people are willing to cheat people out of their money to make a profit.
