  About 5 years ago we had Revival come out and do an assessment on the efficiency of our furnaces, air leaks, etc, mostly in regards to preventing wildfire smoke from seeping into the house. At the same time, we had them install an A/C unit in our upstairs furnace. Fair price! Thorough job! Everything was great. I do wonder if the unit is slightly too small for our place, but can’t quite remember the details. Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago when we had our roof redone. During that process, some pipes had come knocked loose that were central to the furnace system. I called Revival up to have them inspect that everything was back in the right spot, that venting was happening correctly, etc, etc. While diagnosing that there were no leaks and everything was functioning, Ethan also diagnosed that the system was overheating, which tripped a limit switch causing it to reset. We had noticed that the thermostat would sometimes go off, but never put two and two together. Since it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience, we had left it alone. Now that we had a diagnosis, Ethan tuned it up and (fingers crossed) fixed it up, and, I would guess, prolonged the life of our system a bit since it shouldn’t need to reset as a protection. Highly recommend the team at Revival! Quality work, quickly, at a reasonable price!

  Dane with Revival was a nice guy and very empathetic. However, he misdiagnosed the problem and tried to charge me $3000 for a new motherboard in my heat pump. I had the company that installed the system come out and look at it after Dane left and they determined that the motherboard was fine. I had a leak in one of my valves and needed the valve replaced and additional coolant added to the system. Needless to say, I won’t be using Revival again.

  It was a pleasure meeting Dane last Wednesday when he arrived to check out my HVAC system. Dane set right to work isolating and analyzing our problem. He was extremely thorough and explained the issues clearly. We are meeting again Monday to further discuss our options going forward.

  I needed my outdoor HVAC unit moved out of the way and then put back for a project. From the quote to the multiple steps of the work, these guys were really great! Very communicative, friendly, professional, they worked clean, explained things in a way I could understand, and I think the pricing was very fair. Everyone was great, from the reception staff on the phone to the field crews. I also like how they send a text with a photo of the worker coming over, so you can make sure the person is legitimate. I'm really glad I worked with this company and recommend them highly!

  We had to replace our entire HVAC system due failure from age. The whole experience with Revival Heating and Cooling from estimation, options review, purchasing and installation was so smooth it was actually a very pleasant experience. We were given adequate options and a ton of information to be able to make decisions on replacement systems. They were never pushy and went out of their way to make you feel like a contributing part of the process. We determined immediately that Revival was wholesome and honest and was the company we wanted to do business with, we didn’t even get quotes from other suppliers. The installation was scheduled quickly and performed professionally. The installation crew was orderly, clean, friendly and very professional. All members of the crew had excellent communication skills which was very refreshing. It was very obvious from the crew’s attitude and conversation that they truly enjoyed working for Revival. It was very important to us that we work with a locally and independently owned America first business. I will be recommending Revival and using them for some future projects.
