They actually replaced a broken window for us a couple of weeks ago, and after such a great experience, we were happy to go with them again for this project. This time, they installed tempered narrow reed glass in our front doors to give us more privacy while helping us achieve a very specific look we were going for and we absolutely love how it turned out! The turnaround was incredibly quick, communication was great throughout the entire process, and the gentleman who completed the installation was polite, professional, and punctual. We’re very happy we chose PNW Glass & Mirror again and would highly recommend them for any window, glass repair, or glass upgrade needs. Great communication, great service, and beautiful work!

I had a mishap with the glass not being delivered by the manufacturer delivering the material promptly. They tracked down the missing glass and retrieved it (not their job).
