  I had NW Pacific Electric wire a new hot tub which was replacing an old tub. They provided a great cost-effective bid that did a very effective job of leveraging existing infrastructure - others wanted to overbid for complete rework. They made choosing them a very easy solution. The technician, Spencer, showed up promptly and got to work very efficiently. He made sure everything was smoothly running and was kind, communicative, and engaging during the whole process. So happy with the install and was pleased with the whole customer service interaction, starting from initial contact all the way through job closure. Great company and even better people.

  We just moved into our new home and found out that long ago the squirrels had gotten into the attic and chewed the insulation off the wiring in several places. Luckily nothing happened, but we did not want to risk anything so we called NW Pacific and had them come out immediately. Gary Mobley was dispatched and quickly arrived. He was awesome; informative, worked efficiently and very experienced. We highly recommend NW Pacific and will have them back for several other future projects!

  Isaiah Avery arrived on time with a happy disposition. He graciously took time to explain his speciality task to me. He is well-trained in his profession and takes pride in performing a valuable service allowing other entities to do their jobs making my phome safe again. I would rate Mr. Avery six (6) stars! The fee I paid is no one's business especially Google!

  Received a quote for two projects 1) Add outlet behind a TV, and 2) replace a standard dining room chandelier. The quote was $2,200, and was only listed as a lump sum with no line itemization. We decided to only replace the chandelier, and when I inquired about only this project, they said because they don’t separate projects within quotes, it would be half of the quote since I’m having half of the work done. I did verify that I didn’t misunderstand, because $1,100 is INSANE for replacing a standard dining room light fixture, and they verified that number was correct. Anyways, I had another company do it for $130 ($65/hour). Avoid this company at all costs!

  Very happy with the work from Jess. Called NW Pacific for some electrical work. They were able to fit us in the next day. Jess showed up on time and was very friendly during the whole process. He walked us through his whole plan and explained in detail what was happening with the electrical issue. He even noticed an issue with an outlet that was not what we originally called about and offered to help fix it. Very happy with how the work came out. Would definitely recommend Jess for any of your needs at NW pacific electric.
