  Jess was both very professional and approachable, completely explained what he was doing and took time to discuss my concerns. He is a very knowledgeable electrician and an asset to NW Pacific Electrical. Jess resolved issues caused by an improperly installed outlet and replaced an existing outlet with one that will accommodate both our garage disposal and our new dishwasher. Thank you Jess! I will certainly use NW Pacific Electrical for any future electrical needs.

  This was my second time requesting help from NW Pacific. After literally calling 3 other electricians and getting ghosted, NW Pacific responded same day and had someone out to fix my problem the next day. I will be using NW Pacific for all my electrical needs from here on out. Shoutout to Gary for the great work.

  Isaiah and Jess did a great job, faster and cleaner than we could have hoped for. Two home run lines, four breakers, and a new outdoor wall outlet in less than 4 hours. Electrical work isn't cheap but you get what you pay for and these guys were worth every penny. They also love dogs and our dogs loved them. Two thumbs and 8 paws up.

  NW Pacific electric is a reliable company. Their electricians work ethics are commendable. My electricians were Sean and Sam. Before they came, I received a text with their pictures so I knew who I would be dealing with. They came, chat with me for a while about the work to be done and if I had any questions. They started working and finished the job to my satisfaction. Sean went above and beyond his work by installing a light bulb in my garage opener which we noticed did not have any. I appreciated that. Sean is a good person indeed.
