  Jason, Hunter & Trevor came to replace our HVAC system, it was a wonderful experience. All three are great at their craft. They took time to educate us on what they were doing & how to maintain a clean the HVAC system. Also gave great instruction on what to expect. Metfab Heating & Cooling took great care of our needs @ an affordable price. 😊

  Jason, the owner of Metfab, gave me a good quote for a 2 stage, 80/20 Carrier furnace and AC installation. He checked and gave me allowable rebates. The equipment was ordered and installed efficiently. Hunter and Jason installed the equipment over a regular business day. The warranties are great. They were friendly, efficient, and neat. Their electrician was prompt. The mechanical inspection was on the same day. The final inspection was in a few more days. I recommend Metfab for the quick honest quote, the professional work, having all questions answered, and a run through on using the new thermostat. Hunter set it up as I observed to learn the set up. I highly recommend Metfab and their installation team.

  My less than 4 y/o heat pump once again quit heating causing 5 days without heat. I needed to find a dependable company to find the cause and FIX it. I asked around and MetFab was recommended by several people. Tyler came out, discovered the problem immediately, ordered the part (which should have been installed on day one) and came back on his day off to install it. Excellent service.

  We got several quotes to replace our furnace and AC replaced and add a ductless AC. The owner, Jason, came out to get information for the quote and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us multiple options and pricing depending on our preferences which was great since we don't know a lot and had a lot of questions. We picked metfab based on how knowledgeable he was and we felt the price was good. The scheduling and payment process was smoothe and they made sure we knew what to expect. Hunter and Aiden were in charge of the installation. I really appreciate the extra steps they both took to make the process as easy and transparent as possible. Though my husband was mostly in charge of this process, I really appreciated that Hunter went out of his way to also ask if I had any questions or concerns. He also was cautious to make sure our cats were contained and couldn't get out of the house. Hunter took steps to make sure the fire alarms didn't go off during part of the process, and since we had a sleeping baby that was especially appreciated! Finally, he went over our thermostat settings to make sure it was efficient and comfortable. I felt that both Hunter and Aiden went out of their way to make sure we were informed and happy with the process. I appreciate that they pulled the permits and set up the appointment for inspections. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole process, from the quote and pricing to installation. We have had metfab doing our furnace/AC maintenance for years because the former house owners had used them but this was our first experience with installation and more involved work. We will wholeheartedly be recommending them to friends and family who need work. Last, I want to note that many companies can be very pushy about leaving reviews and asking specifically for 5 stars which annoys me but metfab simply let us know where we could leave a review and because our experience was really good I wanted to take the time to leave this. Thanks for your work, we appreciate everything!
