  It was an absolute joy working with Macadam Floor & Design. Ed @ the Portland showroom kept us well informed every step of the way. From removing old carpet to installing new, we felt heard & respected. All work was done within our timeline & we're amazed at the value it added to our home.

  Angel was a pleasure to work with. He helped guide us in the right direction based off of the needs we communicated and helped align installation schedules once it was realized that the carpet we wanted had a short backorder.

  We recently visited Macadam Flooring and loved our experience! Katherine R. helped us, even though she knew we wouldn't be buying from her store as our project is north of Seattle. She took the time to help us make a selection for both the bathroom and the downstairs carpet replacement. She was knowledgeable and very helpful! Thanks!

  Just moved to a new-build home and had questions about changing out our kitchen sink. Kim Stokes Raffaele was a great resource. She was attentive, knowledgeable and communicative. Her customer service level is a rare gift these days. Although we ended up keeping our original sink due to space concerns, the experience dealing with Kim will definitely bring us back to Macadam Floor & Design In Vancouver, WA.
