- HGHaley GrossJan 13, 20262.0Mark my words: within five years, this neighborhood - made up largely of the RAH and Songbird new builds - will be in noticeable decline, based on who is moving in. Which is unfortunate because this little development had so much potential when it was first being built. :’( For anyone considering moving in: please be a courteous neighbor. Avoid excessive street parking, which quickly becomes an eyesore and please do not disregard the “no street parking” signs. Teach your children basic manners and respect for others’ property. Ensure pets are not relieving themselves on neighbors’ lawns. Please consider assimilating and embracing cultural norms. Stay alert to any suspicious or inappropriate activity and report it through the proper channels. It’s unfortunate this even needs to be stated, but this appears to be the current state of affairs in Clark County.
