  A Homemasters truck came to a screeching halt, almost rear ending me around 7pm on 6/20 on the St. Johns bridge. The truck proceeded to swerve in an out of its lane across the bridge, almost hitting multiple other cars. A huge safety hazard and liability for the company.

  I never leave reviews, but I had to after what I just saw. I witnessed a Homemasters company truck crossing the St. Johns Bridge around 7:00 PM on 6/20 driving in an extremely unsafe manner. The driver came to a screeching stop just before hitting the vehicle in front of them and then repeatedly swerved in and out of their lane across the bridge. Several other drivers appeared forced to move out of the way to avoid a potential collision. Based on what I observed, the driver’s behavior posed a serious safety risk to everyone on the road. I hope Homemasters investigates this incident and takes appropriate action.

  Thank you so much HOMEMASTERS for a job well done. Nathan and Jordan got everything done in one day and Nathan was great in explaining what was done in a way that I can explain it for the next step of my project.

  Crystal, Bill the entire crew are phenomenal to work with! I’m a Realtor and learned about HomeMasters while representing a buyer in a Real Estate transaction. The home my clients were buying needed a new roof and the seller agreed to replace it. I was extremely nervous because sometimes a seller will skimp on quality and choose the cheapest fastest roofer they can possibly find just to get the transaction done! However, this particular seller chose HomeMasters to replace the roof and they not only did a beautiful job but they managed to do it within the confines of a real estate transaction which is almost unheard of! The buyers home inspector came back out to inspect the work - he was one of my most trusted inspectors Erin Bartley (he’s a tough cookie!). He asked who did the roof and I told him it was HomeMasters - and he commented “I’ve seen their work before, they do a really good job!”. Since then whenever a client needs a roof, they’re my first call so I’ve seen their expertise and client care in person from multiple perspectives!! Crystal Whitlow is incredible, responsive and follows through. About as professional and excellent as they come! I’m excited to have them do my roof on my personal residence soon!

  Jacob and Eligio were out today and did such a great job cleaning the roof and gutters. They made sure everything was spotless when they left. They were both kind and extremely professional. Crystal was out for the quote and was professional and thorough with the options. We will definitely use Home Masters when it’s time to replace our gutters.
