Our service technician Carlos, was professional and friendly. He took his time to perform the cleaning and was able to explain parts of the process we'd not seen done before. - RRRichard Rosko5 days ago5.0I randomly called and was immediately greeted by a friendly voice that just made we want to trust these folks to come out to work on our Mitsubishi Inverter. Manny came out within the scheduled 2 hour window and quickly found the issue, gave me a tutorial on how the issue arose, and provided recommendations. Price was surprisingly beyond fair with everything else seeming to cost more these days. Definitely recommend contacting them for your HVAC needs.

I first met with Andy who evaluated my space, and made recommendations. I spoke with Lady Ella in the office several times, and she was always friendly, professional and very helpful. The electrician and technicians, Jason, Carter and Ricky, were also friendly, professional, and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend Comfort 360 for any of your heating or cooling needs. I called because my AC had leaked overnight, and they were able to schedule me right away and come out the same day. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue: an insulated copper line had come loose and there was also a loose fitting. He repaired everything, checked the system, and got the AC back up and running. The unit actually looks better than it did before the repair. I really appreciated the fast response, clear communication, and quality work. I would definitely recommend Comfort 360 for A/C system repair.
