- MRMike R3 days ago5.0Ethan and his crew were very professional. They explained the steps along the way that they would be fulfilling. There were some minor issues that they resolved quickly and informed us about them. They forecast to be done in two days And landed it. Very happy with the results so far. I will highly recommend this company Area heating and cooling. A friend of mine recommended them and I’m glad he did. Now I’m recommending them to you.
- NCNan CarreraSep 23, 20265.0The AREA HVAC technician, Chris, was very impressive; he listened, he wasn’t in a hurry, he treated me/us with kindness and respect. His patience and professionalism was remarkable. He was thorough and did not leave until he figured it out. He was very reassuring also. We give him 5 stars out of 5 stars. Thank you Chris!
- BMBev MilesSep 21, 20265.0Found the needed repair during a regular maintenance visit. The part itself was still under warranty so I only had to pay for the labor. They were able to schedule the work quickly. Wes was great & communication upon his arrival was nicely done. Wes was able to get the repair done within a good time frame. He was polite & was able to complete the job without any problems. Because of signing up for routine maintenance, the problem was detected before we experienced any discomfort.
- PPPippa PoleteSep 18, 20265.0We’ll update.. got the invoice and now they are trying to charge me for what the technician told me I would not be charged for… so we will see and I’ll update if they remedy the issue as I was told I would not be charged! Highly recommend, Chris was very professional and did a great job. He was transparent and honest about something that broke during the maintenance appointment to a couple parts and they were replaced at no cost to me.
- MWMark WixonSep 18, 20264.0Was easy to schedule an appointment through the website. Technician arrived on time, was knowledgeable, friendly and performed the HVAC inspection in a timely and professional manner.
