  I have to say I am disappointed in the company. I was told that there is an $88 “launch fee” to come to my house. I agreed to that. Tech came over looked at AC unit, I told him it was switching on and off every 15 seconds. He opened it up, got a part from his truck and installed the new part. I looked at the clock, he was there for 15 minutes. He told me it was the capacitor that was replaced. He said the price was $521. Total. He explained they wipe away the $88 dollar fee, wipe away the $167 dollar “diagnostic fee” and just have the charge of $521.00. I asked him for a break down of part, labor and where they came up with $521. He said it was an automatic charge from the company. 😒 I called another company to see what they charge for capacitor replacement cost. They said was trip fee, labor and part it would $375. I am disappointed there was such a high fee for a 15 minute service. I feel like I paid for their advertising. That doesn’t sit right with me. I will need to call someone else next time. I feel like Apollo’s pricing is too much for the service I received.

  Zac was on time, worked efficiently and precise and replaced the garbage disposal. Price seem high, but I didn't, but I don't know how it compares to other commercial plumbers. Zack knew exactly what to do and did it well ! his work was excellent. Like I said, Zach did a great job,!! Cost is out of Zach's hands And we needed a new garbage disposal and I could not install one. Hopefully Zack is well paid for his work!!!

  Denys was very professional. He explained the process and what to expect. As I was not expecting installation today, he moved stuff out of the way so he could get the job done. My son was going to move stuff today, so he got a break! Denys was friendly and easy to work with.

  Apollo Plumbing were very responsible in my request for an estimate. They were very thorough in their inspection. The crew was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.
