- ERElisa Ross4 days ago5.0Phenomenal Team at Apollo. Jacob came out to assess. Gary & Logan came in and took care of our tub which had a stuck auger. And our toilet had a leak. With on old house you never know what to expect which brought Brett in to do some remediation in the crawlspace from water damage. I’m very grateful for their service and joyful attitude. Thanks folks!
- LRLarry RobertsSep 21, 20265.0After Apollo installed our new furnace and heat pump we decided that our duct system needed to be cleaned. So the sent out Rick and Russ. They were on time and extremely polite and courteous and went right to work. A pleasure to work with. Very professional. I highly recommend their services. Apollo has done all my plumbing and HVAC work and we couldn't be more satisfied with all they've done.
- JBjohn bleulerSep 21, 20265.0Dennis, Gavin, Amir, Anthony & Deacon did a wonderful job in installing 2 new faucets in our bathrooms and installing our Halo H2 Zero Ultimate whole house water system. Dennis was so helpful in organizing everything, very helpful answering all questions we had and getting his team together. Apollo plumbing is wonderful answering the phone, no AI, always speaking to a live person and answering txts in a reasonable time. All in all, my wife & I are happy with everything and again, Kudos to Dennis and his team. Great job!
- THTimothy HoughtonSep 18, 20261.0They will not stop calling, texting, and mailing me about their special program even though I quit it two years ago! Every year it starts again! I keep telling them to stop but they keep sending me notifications. I didn’t want to have to review this but I told them I would if they kept harassing me so I here we are. Service was fine when they worked here but their ad/marketing is the worst! It’s nonstop harassment once a month!! They also tried to install a smart thermostat when I specifically requested and was told I would get a “dumb” thermostat. They fixed it but the people taking the orders don’t talk to the people doing the installations!
- MMmichelle mooreSep 10, 20265.0Kevin Middal and crew- Jose Cerda have confirmed that there are businesses like Apollo Plumbing/HVAC who maintain a high level excellence within the trade. Yes, Apollo can be an expensive choice for homeowners, but wouldn’t you rather have a professional business performing an excellent job that is warrantied as opposed to a cheaper lesser known business that has lots of poor reviews. Safety, forward thinking project estimates that project potential future issues, and creating various estimates that can be tailored to one’s pocketbook. The crews I have been fortunate to work with - Jose Cerda and Ceasar are the boots on and in the ground who are conscientious about residents with mobility issues and ensuring safety for homeowners. Jose is very knowledgeable about the industry he works within and is always able to explain the systems of the project in layman’s terminology. Coming to Gresham from San Diego (where I knew the companies and resources) , I was so appreciative of the professionalism this company expects of all its employees. I highly recommend Apollo for you plumbing, drain and HVAC needs!
