  I asked to have my gas furnace checked out, it was working at the time, just hadn't been inspected for years. He first told me the unit was over 40 years old. He preceded to check it out and clean it. So far so good!! I went outside so as not to bother him, when I came back in he said it's running. He then proceeded to tell me and to show me pictures of the burners etc. He asked if I'd be interested in getting a quote on a replacement unit. I agreed and he called the office and they could send some one out right away. I then asked the technician why the unit was still running, he said not to worry it will shut off when it needed too. I told him that the fan had never run alone before, I had tried to use it like that in the summer time but was never able to have the fan just run. He assured me that it would turn off. Well it never turned off the heat was off but the blower was still running and pushing cold air through the vents. He said he didn't do anything but to turn it on, well I didn't do anything I was outside he just kept telling me that he didn't do anything and I said I didn't do anything either. So he left and I decided to take the thermostat off the wall and to change the batteries in it. The technician came back just to remind me about I needed a carbon monoxide detector. I told him the fan was still running and had never done this before so I was checking the thermostat out he again assured me that he did nothing but turn the furnace on, about this time the salesman arrived to talk about a new furnace, I told the technician to tell him to leave because I didn't want to talk to anybody about a new furnace. I told the technician if all else fails I can turn the furnace off at the breaker panel and that's what I've had to do. I ordered a new thermostat from Amazon and we'll see if that doesn't fix the problem. The problem I didn't have with my furnace until he finished working on it . Good luck I had a drain cleaning schedule for today from Campbell Company, but I have cancelled it I will be looking into a new furnace but not from them. Again,, Good luck

  I was expecting to have my two water heaters flushed for about less than $200 on a special pricing event but to my shock I was informed the job couldn't be done because the drain valves were made of plastic and needed to be made of brass.To replace one would have cost $532 before taxes so for both I would have had to pay $1279 plus the flushing service which sent the price to over $1400 (more than a price for one new water heater installed). I got the job done for less than $280 with another company without having to pay for replacing the valves. Very disappointing.

  Jose is so very nice, professional & always explains exactly what he is doing. I t rust him completely when he tells & shows me what needs to be done or replaced. Jose is the one I want to keep as my maintenance technician. Such a great personality. Thank you Jose for such a great work ethic. Hard to find that nowadays! Linda M Simpier

  Outstanding job today. You brought the entire team out today including electrician, heating, and air conditioning installers. They wore shoe protection in my house so they did not get the floors dirty. Very professional and very fair pricing. They did full heating & ac replacement and upgraded breaker to support larger unit.

  On 9/4/26 we had a 50 gallon water heater installed. As with everyone Campbell & Company has ever sent our way, Erasmo did a great job with the installation. He knew his business, was professional, and polite. I think Campbell vet their employees well. We’ve never had anything less than outstanding service. The one thing I’m not a fan of is the AI answering “person”. There can be nuanced questions for each customer that the AI can’t help with. The good thing is that you can say, “real person” and you get immediately connected. Other than that, thanks Campbell for another quality job.
