Instead of correcting their mistake Direct Tools requires you to fill out a Return Request, then once you go through the trouble of returning the incorrect item they will only refund. You have to re-order your item and hope they send the correct one this time. I am done with Direct Tools

I was told on 9/17 I would get notified when it was sent. I still have not gotten anything, no updates and certainly not the item I paid for. On 9/24 I was told to allow up to 10 days. It’s now the 10th business day (it’s been 14 days total) and I still have yet to receive any updates or my item, and I’m still kept in the dark. I’ve been delayed nearly a month in yard work and I’m still waiting for a response that is clearly not happening. Such a scam and waste of time. Also before Direct Tools says to reach out to Customer Care, I have sent 7 emails and made numerous phone calls without this getting resolved, so please do not tell me to contact you to resolve this since that clearly has not worked the past 10+ attempts.
