  Came out quickly to fix our shower. Debris had broken the cartridge causing water to come out full force, and we had to shut off our hot water. Thanks to the quick and professional response, we don't have to worry about cleaning ourselves or our baby with ice cold water tonight. Very friendly and willing to explain technicals clearly, and considerate of kids as well.

  Elias is a great professional and very knowledgeable. We appreciated the care he puts into his work and also his upfront attitude. He spent more time completing our project than previously estimated due to unforseen challenges with the original plumbing structures as our house is a bit old. Despite the additional complexity, he did everything to ensure the job was completed in the best way possible! He was also very mindful of our toddler napping time before turning on loud power tools. Definitely recommend!
