  All in all this was a pleasant and professional experience re-roofing our flat-roofed house and garage. Their communication during the whole project was outstanding and I feel I got honest answers. I had many questions before and during the project directed at the estimator, office people and lead installer. We elected to use PVC due to its longevity and a double layer of insulation to mitigate condensation on the roof structure. On the first day, a team of 9 removed most of the old roofing (four layers of torchdown aslphalt) -- it took 2 truckloads (about 16 tons). They built a temporary bridge between house and detached garage which protected our yard nicely, letting them dump material directly from garage to the truck in the alley. We had some rotted boards that needed replacing. Materials were delivered from the alley using a very long crane that reached over the garage to the house roof, avoiding trampling the yard. By end of day 1 there was PVC over most of the house and garage. It took several more days for a lot of the detail work using a smaller team that specializes in flat roofs. A bonus is the venting system, meant to protect the roof from inside moisture, has made our house several degrees cooler on hot sunny days. Part of that is also due to the light grey color but we particularly noticed it after the vent was cut. We can't wait for it to rain this winter (not!!). Pictures are not in order.

  Tekline worked smoothly and efficiently with me to replace the roof on my single family rental house in May 2026. The roof job was completed perfectly within my tight timeline and budget. I very much appreciated the additional Senior/Veterans discount offered. Norm Hoglund, an experienced and longtime employee with Tekline was always patient, provided me with the estimate and stayed involved to keep me informed of the progress. The job was professionally done by their in-house team, and their friendly office staff were extremely proficient and helpful in coordinating the billing and payment processing while I was traveling out of state. All in all, I had a very positive experience with Tekline and plans to reach out to them on the next job. Highly recommended!
