  Update - The team reached out and immediately helped us out. Very impressed that they took my feedback seriously and worked on it. I appreciate the apology and their assistance. Felt like they truly cared. Appointment process was okay the first time, for follow up questions and quotes, I keep calling and emailing. The guys who came gave decent service but overall, would prefer someone who communicates better.

  It was very pleasant working with Nicholas Rzonca. He is professional and extremely knowledgeable with Carrier products. The part I needed to resolve my issue had to be ordered with an ETA several weeks out. Nicholas went above and beyond the call of duty and resolved my issue temporarily so I could use my a/c until the part come in at no charge. This is a very new company but I will use them again in the future and refer my friends to them as well. Laurie

  It is close to 90° outside today, and my AC unit suddenly stopped working. While sweating, I called One Hour Heating & Air, and Devon answered my call. He dispatched a technician within minutes, but before ending the call, he took the time to walk me through some basic troubleshooting. I can't say enough about how thoughtful that was. He could have simply sent the technician and charged me for the visit, but instead, he genuinely wanted to help. After following his instructions, I discovered the breaker had been switched off. Once I turned it back on, my AC started working again! I immediately called Devon back, and he was so kind about canceling the technician visit, saving me money. It's refreshing to find a company that isn't just focused on making money but truly cares about helping people. That level of honesty and integrity means a lot. Even though I didn't end up needing their services today, they've absolutely earned my trust. The next time I need heating or cooling service, One Hour Heating & Air will be my first call. Thank you, Devon, for your outstanding customer service and kindness. You were amazing! 👏

  First time turning on the central air conditioning this summer, I found it broken. I called One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, and they sent a technician out right away. They waived the inspection fee since the crew arrived late due to unrelated delays. The tech diagnosed the issue, gave us a repair quote, and recommended replacing the unit, which is over 18 years old. They provided a trustworthy estimate and patiently walked us through every line item. We ultimately went with another company only because cost was our top priority — this is not a reflection of their poor quality or unfair pricing. Surprisingly, their manager Devan even reviewed the competing company’s proposal for us and pointed out key details we needed to watch out for. I’m extremely thankful to One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning and their manager Devan. I highly recommend this business.
