- JHJennifer HagstromJul 3, 20262.0Do you really want me to leave a review on Google? Cost is a bit prohibitive to the common person. Just got a quote. That's all. Paid $80 because I wanted a safety check with our natural gas lines before proceeding with small DIY we are doing. Wanted a gas line to get "capped". Quote to cap the gas line was $400. The technition pointed out our water heater has outlived its life expectancy, so I said okay to a quote on a water heater. Water heater is working fine, just 13 years old. I didn't want to actually leave a review, but the text messages to "leave a review" have been relentless. Maybe don't start with the most expensive quote. Maybe don't keep sending automated text messages and daily emails to leave a review. I understand this is a large business with a lot of costs, but $16K quote for a water heater - dang!

I've dealt with this company several times, and HARTS COMPANY has consistently proven to be dependable. Their technicians demonstrate excellent craftsmanship, extensive knowledge, and genuine kindness. They are prompt with their repairs, offer fair prices, and always treat clients with the utmost respect. I've never encountered a company with staff as friendly and professional as theirs. Two thumbs up!
- TLTommy LuJun 13, 20261.0Technician was super friendly, professional, no complaints whatsoever. The bad review is 100% on the company’s greedy charges. I was charged almost $500 for maybe about 20 min of work to replace a switch. There was no charge detail just one big total. I asked the technician for charge details he said they charge by project not hourly, so you do not know exactly how they charge. Needless to say I won’t go back to them again for sure, this company is in mission how to get you instead of customer retention. $500 for 20 min of work?! Damn~~~~~~~~~~~!

From start to finish everything went smoothly starting with Spencer coming out and explaining that I needed a panel upgrade to Lee and Jamal doing the work. What a great team. Very professional, friendly and I would highly recommend them. I also had Trevyn come out and check out my sewer line . I have to say Hart’s hires the best . From the front desk to the finished job. I will definitely hire them again if need arises. I had my inspection the next day and passed . Thanks guys for making this an affordable and un -stressful experience .
