- BMBrett Mitchell2 days ago1.0Neighbor hired harts to replace a water line. Third party dug through driveway and left it backfilled with dirt. Told me it’s up to me to contact their third party contractor to get the driveway fixed. Horrible business practice.

We appreciated receiving an appointment reminder and a call with his estimated arrival time. Dakota asked where he should park and wore shoe covers inside our home. He was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. Thank you for the excellent service!

- JKJohn KarmanAug 19, 20261.0I did not use Hart’s service. $1900 for a 30 minute sewer jetting is too much. There’s no parts and used homeowner’s water (which is fine). I am not here to pay off the jetting equipment on my small job. I was able to get it done for half that price, by a licensed and bonded plumbing company. Not being willing to ball-park customers over the phone is not logistically smart, for us nor for you. A technician was dispatched, time (his and mine) and gas used, to hear “no” within 5 minutes of arrival. The technician Joe, was great. On time, polite, and honest. If I had a big project, probably makes more sense. But on a “peace of mind” job like mine, you’re just too expensive.
