  Greenwood has been my go-to company for plumbing and heating services. They have consistently been reliable, honest, and professional. Lucas has helped with several plumbing issues, and every experience has been excellent. He is always courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. I particularly appreciate that Greenwood focuses on finding the right solution rather than trying to upsell unnecessary services, which gives me confidence in their recommendations. Their pricing is also very reasonable compared to other local companies. I highly recommend Greenwood to anyone looking for trustworthy and professional plumbing or heating services.

From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. ​A huge thank you to Kris in sales and Samuel, the project manager for guiding me through the options and helping me select the perfect system for my house. ​When it came time for installation, the AC team—Austin and Casey—did a fantastic job with the unit setup, keeping the workspace spotless and working efficiently. The electrical team, Brandon and Thomas, handled the wiring and power setup impeccably, ensuring everything was safe and fully integrated. ​Greenwood's entire team went above and beyond to ensure I was 100% satisfied with the comfort of my home.   I had the best service for my new HVAC system. I received my in depth proposal and the technician was well trained. I was given the time to set up installation for payment and the time for installation, all was a great experience. Juan, help me with all of the understanding of price and products, very knowledgeable i was well educated. Tyler a technician really was amazing for the installation and help with and education on new equipment. Joe a technician really made the magic in electrical happen, as well as a full understanding of what I would like. Several other technicians where help, unfortunately I was not able to get name, but as part of the greenwood team they really did an amazing job. Professionals all the way through. I highly recommend Greenwood heating and home services.

  WOW! Greenwood is so awesome I bet they could install HVAC on the Moon! To continue the 'space flight' metaphor, from liftoff to splashdown Greenwood had our backs every phase of the "mission"! Every person we interacted with was professional, helpful and had superb follow-through and hand-off! Our install hit several glitches related to our old system which was not installed by Greenwood. Greenwood techs resolved everything! Initially Techs Shay and Ryan came to install a compressor. When it turned out the compressor Trane sent as the replacement couldn't work with the existing wiring and refrigerant lines, Scott Pugh (project manager) came out the next day and after a short walk-through of our house and a look at our old system - gave us a concise summary of our options. Tricia at the office got estimates and financing paperwork organized and got the install scheduled that same day! Tyler (lead installer) and Frankie (electrician) were onsite first-thing. I love it that Greenwood folks call you to give you 'heads up' they are on their way and also send a photo of their smiling faces so you know who's coming to your house! Tyler updated us by text during the install. I'm a caregiver for my son who likes things routine and smooth - so having people come to the house who are kind and friendly is a HUGE benefit! Tyler estimated the job would be done between 3pm and 4pm so we left the house to run errands and stay away from the work disruption. Tyler texted at 3:15pm to say the work was done and they were cleaning up. When we arrived back home at 4pm the air conditioning was on and "no trace left behind"! It means the world to me that I can trust everyone at Greenwood and relax in the knowledge they'll take care of us! Everyone understood about my caregiver situation and was considerate and supportive. Not only are these guys "NASA grade" skilled, they all have huge hearts and put customer fulfillment at the center of their projects! Put yourself in Greenwood's hands and be prepared to say "WOW!"

  I really can't say enough good things about Greenwood Heating and Home Services. From the very beginning we had an incredibly positive experience. Luke Duett, the initial Greenwood representative (comfort advisor), was very patient with us in providing several different configurations and bids until we were comfortable that we had the right system for our house. We eventually decided on a Mitsubishi heat pump with a wall cassette in the primary bedroom, with a Trane furnace as backup for heat if the temperature drops below freezing. Samuel Kitchens, the project manager, did an amazing job scoping what needed to be done and even came back without the slightest hesitation to do a minor fix. Austin Raymur and Daniel, the installers, worked extraordinarily hard spending ten to twelve hours here each day for four days. They never complained, even though the installation required spending hours in a tight crawl space and a tight and hot attic. They were all exceptionally respectful and polite, and cleaned up after themselves every day. The final product works great and is very aesthetic as well. The Greenwood bid was rock-solid and there were no additional charges or fees, even though they did encounter some unexpected challenges in the installation (e.g., rerouting a water main in the tight crawlspace). The final cost was thousands less than a major competitor. The office was easy to reach and we always knew exactly when members of the team were going to arrive. They were on time and never left us wondering when they would arrive. In short, I would without reservation recommend Greenwood Heating and Home Services, and would not hesitate to hire them again should the need arise. One more thing - it is BLISSFULLY cool in our house today - 87 F outside, 72 F inside, and every room is the same temperature - no more "hot zones" we had with our portable AC units - THANK YOU GREENWOOD!!!- Chris V on Mercer Island
