  totally unfair and insulting pricing !!! We have (had) used Spartan plumbing for about 13 years for various household jobs medium and small. The workers are always clean, courteous, professional, responsive. However, more recently (as all of us are paying more for everything), Spartan seems to really be gouging us. Maybe they don't want our business anymore. Well, they certainly aren't getting it again. They charged $1,000 for about 2 hours worth of work and less than $100 of supplies and that $1,000 was already "discounted" by 600 since we are repeat customers and all. I am a nurse and business owner with 20 years of experience and an expert in my field with ever increasing business and professional expenses. I frequently make myself available with less than 24 hours notice. I perform uncommonly thorough and excellent work. I don't get paid more just because of those things. But what I do get to do is work lots over overtime to be able to afford a simple and cheap quickie job that cost way too much.

  After carefully researching plumbing companies, I’m very glad I chose Spartan Plumbing. Anthony, the technician who came out, provided outstanding service from start to finish. He went above and beyond to resolve my water leak efficiently and professionally. What stood out most was his patience and willingness to thoroughly answer all of my questions while clearly explaining the repair process and available options. His professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail made the entire experience stress-free. I truly appreciated the high level of service I received and would highly recommend Anthony and Spartan Plumbing to anyone in need of reliable plumbing services.

  Had to call them because my outdoor sprinkler system was leaking like crazy and messing up my water bill. The technician didn't waste any time—found the exact underground break quickly and fixed it using high-quality parts that look like they’ll actually last. What I appreciated most was that he went ahead and checked all the other valves just to be safe, so I wouldn’t face another surprise leak next week. If you are dealing with an unexplained water spike, these guys are honest and won't overcharge you. Definitely sharing this so others can save themselves the headache.

  We had an outstanding experience with Spartan Plumbing. Our technician, Anthony, was incredibly trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made a stressful situation feel manageable. It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise with this level of honesty and customer care. Spartan Plumbing absolutely earned clients for life!! We would not hesitate to recommend Anthony and the entire team to anyone needing plumbing work done.

  I have known some of the people that have worked here for quite a while but I have never needed anything done until this morning when my hot water heater leaked all over my utility room. I called them at 7:35 and got a call back from Anthony and he said he would be there by 10. He showed up, installed a new hot water heater and was done at 12:15. That’s impressive. He was professional, compassionate and very efficient. Yes, I probably could have done this myself, but when you can pay a true pro like Anthony to do it in 2 hours, sign me up! Thank you again Spartan for your professionalism and willingness to help someone out. I am a customer for life. But most of all, thank you to Mason and Anthony for providing perfect service! I hope yall have a great weekend.
