We had a pipe in our lower ceiling burst recently. I called spartan they were very helpful and was able to send someone out that day. He was unable to identify where the water was coming from that day but the second guy that came was able to find it. The pipe that was the problem was no where near where the water was coming out. They where very helpful in helping us with a restoration company who were wonderful as well. We were wanting to replace our hot water tank and turns out our water shut off was not doing the job so that was replaced as well.

Reasonable price, fast response. These guys are great. They quickly diagnosed my leak at my water meter, and assisted with contacting the city since the leak was so close to the meter. No charge because they didnt so any work other than send out a tech. I would have paid an hour of labor because they sent someone but they refused.

We had a 4 inch leaking cast iron drain pipe replaced in our crawl space along with a combo going up to the 2nd floor. Devan was our plumber and he worked with a helper and finished the job in a very professional manner. Old pipe was removed from the premises and they cleaned up after themselves. Any questions were answered. They were on time and wore shoe coverings whenever inside the house. Great job.

Chris Bremmeyer at Spartan called to let us know he would arrive at our residence earlier than expected- which was welcome news as we had an issue that needed quick attention. Absolutely professional and able to explain all aspects of the problem we were having, he was in and out in just under one hour, problem solved. Spartan was one of the several companies we called on a Saturday morning that could actually make the time to help us out, and pros like Chris make us an easy return customer. Thank you Spartan Plumbing!

Nick, Enrique, and Benjamin were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and skilled in their trade. They went above and beyond to assist us and made sure everything was taken care of properly. A special shoutout to Nick for being incredibly patient, understanding, and taking the time to explain everything along the way. His professionalism and willingness to help really stood out and made the entire experience less stressful. One thing I especially appreciated was how they presented us with three different options — "Good, Better, and Peace of Mind". Instead of making us feel pressured into one solution, they clearly explained what each option included and allowed us to decide what worked best for our situation. Having those choices made it much easier to understand our options and feel confident about how we wanted to move forward. We truly appreciate the excellent service from the entire team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, dependable, and professional plumbing services. Thank you, Nick, Enrique, and Benjamin, for going above and beyond and providing such a great experience!
