  Its not easy in today's world to get something custom - especially glass - especially quickly. However, Sound Glass delivered on both accounts... I needed two round pieces of glass for a custom window and Sound Glass made it easy. Thank you!

  The staff at Sound Glass was amazing! Makayla was so patient and helpful, very personable and professional. Neil offered to carry my order out to the car for me and was also very professional and kind. I would use Sound Glass again in a heartbeat. Thank you all.

  Project: Remove 48-each 33-year old double-paned glazing units with failed insulation seals. Install 48 each new Argon gas-insulated Low E units with tempering as required. Work done: March 2025. Pros/Positives: o Sound Glass Reps always arrived at mutually agreed time for initial estimating visit (Brian), actual measurements visit (Brian & Mike), and actual replacement work (Tim, Ted, Mike, George, & Steve). o All Reps professional, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Removal and installation crew hard working and job-focused, took extra care to protect home furnishings and cleaned up messes as work progressed. Crew members willingly and honestly answered some questions and satisfactorily addressed a few concerns that I had over three day work period. o Very attractive price, particularly when compared to other entities that had offered full window unit replacement. o 10-year warranty on glass (not transferrable), 1-year warranty on parts and labor. Cons/Negatives: None worth mentioning. Bottom line: I can highly recommend Sound Glass for window replacement work without qualification or hesitation.

  I had Sound Glass come in to measure a porch and 2 glass shower doors to be done and I’ve called numerous times and they haven’t even gotten back to me with a bid for the jobs! I started this last September! Poor service Sound Glass DO BETTER!!!
