- RPRyder Perry1 day ago5.0I wanted our ducts cleaned before I turned the heater on. We have never had this done in the 10 years since purchasing our home. I did a little research and the “honest” duct cleaners do it by square footage, how many vents and heating type. The “$99 cleaning” is a scam. A quick google search will warn you. Well after 2 quotes and a third that never called me back we went with Pacific Heating & cooling. I get 0 benefit from this! The service was beyond what I expected (I sell wholesale to these type of companies and NEVER expected the level of respect). Our techs were Justin and Noah. Not sure if you can request them, but they went beyond my expectations! They pull all vents off and clean them along with grills as well as sanitize ducts with UV light. 🤯 took about 2 1/2hrs.
- RHRyan Hodgkinson6 days ago5.0Pacific did an amazing job installing a Trane heat pump and air handler link system to replace my old heating oil furnace. It’s amazing how much more advanced modern equipment is compared to my old system. Super quiet with variable speed motors. No more paying $6-7/gallon for heat! Their installers were great at communicating the plan for each install day and exceeded my expectations all around. Great job!
- SCShirley CochranOct 8, 20265.0Each service person demonstrated knowledge of the service and willingness to teach me how it works for complete understanding. They showed me the results as they were produced. I would recommend your company to family and friends based on these three persons.

- BSBill ShirkeyOct 6, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience with Pacific Heating and Cooling! Nuku, Aaron, and Nikita did a fantastic job installing our new heat pump—professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. Jon, the electrician, also did excellent work. The whole team was friendly, thorough, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. Our new heat pump is working great. Highly recommend Pacific Heating and Cooling!
