  Daniel M. from Mercurios came to look at our hot water heater which was no longer hot. He explained to me the condition, the age of it, which options were available and gave me the choice of what to do. We really appreciate the way Mercurios does business. Professional service and many options. They educate their customers without pressure to upsell. We had a new hot water heater in the same day! Thank you Daniel!

  Kevin Loile did a great job on our warranty service after our one year of getting our New Heat Pump installed at our residence. He is courteous first contacting me prior to arrival and throughout his time and then shared what are ways to maintain our system. Looking forward to our Scheduled duct cleaning service. Mercurio’s is a great company to work with. Thank you being organized and having professional people working and scheduling completed in timely manner!

  We recently had a new HVAC system installed by Daunte Walker with Mercurios, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Daunte was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented throughout the whole installation process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure the work was done perfectly. You can tell he truly takes pride in his craftsmanship. The team at Mercurios was equally impressive with their prompt service, excellent communication, and top-tier customer care. Scheduling was quick and easy, they arrived exactly when promised, and the installation was completed efficiently without cutting corners. The new system runs flawlessly, and the quality of the install exceeded our expectations.   I wish I could say my experience was better. I originally called and noted an issue I was having with my condensate drain line that is connected to my HVAC as well as my tankless water heater. I explained what was going on over the phone and the diagnostics I had done. They scheduled an HVAC technician to come out that day. Upon the technician arriving and me explaining again the diagnostics I had done and what was going on, he immediately told me it was related to the water heater. So now I paid $140 only for him to tell me they need someone from the plumbing side to come out and it's an additional $140, unless of course I sign up for their "program" to make it cheaper. In addition, within the same week they had quoted $3,600 to set a bathtub that Herdman's set for $900 for the same job. Will definitely take my business elsewhere from now on.

  To their credit, they were available next day, and arrived in the middle of the scheduled window. I did not receive a phone call on the way, which had been confirmed, but that’s not that bad. I was quoted over $500 for a part that I purchased for $11.00. (Off brand, not name brand to be clear, but I can replace it weekly and still be saving money). That plus the service fee. When I refused to pay the markup and thought there was a mistake maybe, they doubled down on the price. So honest, yes. They will smile and tell you to your face that you are being robbed. I would not recommend for this reason.
