- PHPat & Brenda HoweSep 18, 20261.0I recently purchased baseboards from Lumber Liquidators, only to discover after a one-hour drive home that my order had been filled incorrectly with a mix of different boards. Ironically, we actually preferred the incorrect board that was mistakenly included. After driving an hour back to the store, I requested a straightforward exchange to get more of the boards they had mistakenly given me. Rather than taking accountability for the packing error, they offered to let me keep only the one accidental board and refused to swap out the rest. If I wanted the matching product, they demanded a 25% restocking fee. It is completely unreasonable to penalize a customer financially just to correct an inventory mix-up caused by their own team. I paid the fee just to be done with it, but they have officially lost my business for good. Save yourself the headache and buy your flooring elsewhere.
- BOBob OgdenMay 11, 20265.0They were knowledgeable and very quick to accommodate me to get the order placed. Answered all my questions.
