The measurement was almost two cases extra flooring, and even though it was LL's installer. They want to refund one case of returned flooring less 25%. That's not right since it was their error.

It turns out they gave me incorrect information about the product, and when I returned to exchange it (it was in perfect condition and still in its packaging), they treated me very badly and even made me pay a penalty for returning it. I don't recommend this place if you don't want to have a bad experience.
