  Colin S., our technician, was very articulate and kept us informed throughout the visit. He was respectful, courteous and mindful of making us aware of future needs that might come up in the future At the end of the visit he summarized the work done and took photos.

  Kliemam Brothers recently installed a new furnace and air-conditioning unit in my home. Every aspect of the experience with all employees of the company was excellent. Tyler, the sales representative thoroughly explained the different options that would work for my home. Scheduling the installation was quick and all of the technicians who worked in our house, including 2 installation technicians and an electrician, were very respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. once the job was completed they did an excellent job cleaning up behind themselves. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC installations.

  This is my first experience with Kliemann Brothers since they merged with Expert. Even though there was an excessive 4 hour window for the tech to respond to our appointment, my tech actually communicated that he would be onsite within the first hour!! Daniel showed up, introduced himself and proceeded to perform his maintenance & systems check. I was very pleased with the work Daniel did and his knowledge of our system. We are looking forward to another cool season with our heat pump. Thanks for the good work Daniel.

  Kliemann Brothers is truly one of a kind. I initially started only desiring Trane products for a new furnace and A/C. After an extensive search for the right company including Kliemann I decided I have to choose deal over brand and that led me on another wild goose chase. Some time passed and I received a very courteous follow-up call from Kliemann in which it was explained to me thoroughly it's not just a good deal but a good company that matters. It is a given Trane is more expensive but I heard them out. After many questions I settled with them and I have no regrets. Here's some of what I experienced after the install was completed: Professional install (you cannot bootleg a job like this), Very clean looking work (equipment, wiring, tubing all nice and tidy), 5 Year labor warranty (others are typically three), Excellent customer service (patient, never got frustrated while I was being indecisive), No pressuring upsells (they simply laid out what they offered and let me decide). If you want that personal, "go out of their way" type of company go with Kliemann. They were right a better company is better.
